Spring Dance Recital
DVD Order Form
Parents please note that absolutely no photography or recording during the dance concerts is allowed for
your dancer’s safety and out of respect for our entire audience! This includes the use of small digital
cameras and cell phones as it is disturbing to the general audience. You are welcome to take pictures and/
or tape at our dress rehearsals. Please refer to the schedule you have been provided for your student’s
rehearsal time.
The Zeeland High Schools Broadcasting class will produce the concert DVD of our shows. This DVD will
feature primarily full stage shots with limited close ups. If you wish to have a close-up recording of your
dancer you are encouraged to tape a dress rehearsal. The broadcasting class will produce a professional
looking chaptered DVD in a hard case.
Please pay with cash or a check or money order made out to “Zeeland High School Broadcasting.”
Only orders with full payment will be processed. Orders should be submitted to Zeeland East High School
in person or by mail: Attention Dance DVDs, 3333 96th Ave. Zeeland 49464 no later than Thursday, May
21, 2015. DVDS will be available for pick-up at Zeeland Recreation no later than June 5, 2015. Please
mark your calendar as a reminder to check with the reception desk at Zeeland Rec.
