A Red Carpet Event…
Southern Exposure Herb Farm is a hidden treasure outside of Battle Creek, and the perfect place to
say "hello summer". During our visit we will meander through the lush gardens and grapevine arbors
where we will discover special water features that attract birds, as well as butterflies. A nature lovers
dream! We will get a first-hand look at the restored farm buildings that have been re-purposed into
beautifully appointed dining rooms. We will enjoy lunch in one of these incredible spaces and
delicious our meal will be prepared by the acclaimed Chef Elsie. Before leaving we will make our
own Herbal Infused Vinegar & Oil, using the organic herbs grown at the farm. This “hands on”
experience is one that you are sure to remember.
Itinerary:
8:30am Depart from SE corner of the
Howell Vg’s parking Lot
9am Depart from the NE corner of the
Brighton Vg’s Parking Lot
9:15 Depart Whitmore Lake Middle School
Our day will begin with lunch at the farm,
followed by the tour and our craft. This
experience offers beautiful photo
opportunities so bring your camera.
5pm Approximate return to WLMS
5:15 Approximate return to Brighton
5:45 Approximate return to Howell

These payments are refundable up to 60 days prior unless otherwise noted. A $10 administration fee is charged for all
