hold orders. Address hold orders 1 week before online
Registration period
• Proceed to manual registration if you encounter
problems (e.g. conflict of schedule, etc.)
• Fill out Student’s Personal Information Data Sheet for
any updates/changes in your personal details
Note:
(1) Once assessment forms are printed, you may proceed to pay at the cashier on scheduled dates.

• Those who paid online need not present their receipts but it is
preferred that you have a print-out or digital copy of your online

the manual registration days. You may claim this at the Cashier’s
Office, Ground flr., Xavier Hall
• Make sure that you paid online at least two working days before you
apply for your ID.
• Strictly no proxies allowed for ID application / validation or claiming. Students have the option to do this even during start of regular
classes
• Strict ID wearing implementation starts on Wed. June 17, 2015.
