rent-to-own program. Because of the NAHASDA funding source, applicants must provide a
copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.
This unit is unfurnished. Washer & Dryer hookups are available within the unit.

Rent is based on 28% of the monthly household income
(A minimum rent of $150 must be met)

Tenant responsible for all utilities

A down payment of $1,500 is due upon move in

Pets on approval with an additional $750 pet deposit

Income limit is set at 80% of the median family income
(see chart below)
The waiting list for Petersburg is now open. Once all vacancies have been filled, the waiting
list will be closed and applicants will need to reapply for future vacancies.
