Catholic Education, Association of Independent Schools and Department of Education & Child Development.
The session will provide:
 Information about the Disability Transition Program managed by Barkuma Inc
 An update on the Disability Employment Services program and providers
 Information on budgeting and strategic planning for the transition needs of SWD
 Suggestions for how to gain SACE credit for transition programs
 Launch of Transition Planning Resources
 Updates on a range of transition planning resources
 Networking
 A chance to hear from teachers, school leaders and past students – A real perspective!
