Booth Information:
For this event we have 10’ x 10’ booths inside and outside. We are expecting quite a number of
vendors for these events so if you need more than the 10 x10 space, you will need to purchase
more than one booth. If you choose to set up outside you will need to supply your own shade.

Subsequent events will be held the 3 weekend of the month from April – August and every other month
after that. Events during the colder months will be held indoors only.
The Early Bird fee is $25.00 for the two days. $40.00 if paid after May 5th. Proceeds will benefit Out of
Egypt.

Fees must be paid by the 10 of May. Cash or PayPal is accepted. PayPal payments must be sent to
[email protected] ($1.25 must be added to your total if using PayPal to cover their fee)
Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
If you have your own table and chairs, please bring them. If you need a table there will be a $10.00 rental
fee for the weekend, $5 for each additional table. Chairs are available at no charge. There is no fee for
electric but there are only a few spots with electric so please make sure you really need it.

There is a 48 hour cancellation period. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of the event your fees will not
be refunded. Under special circumstances, your fees may be applied to the next Flea Market at our
discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation. We reserve the right to ask you to
remove an item or items from your booth if they are offensive or dangerous.
Food Vendors must present a valid State issued Catering License or Temporary Food Handlers license
72 hours prior to the event. The cost of this license is your responsibility and not included in your booth
fee.
We are open until closing time and may stay open later if people are still showing up. Please remember
that YOU should NOT be tearing down your booth prior to closing time. This looks very bad to customers
and causes other vendors to think it is ok for them to close up as well. Special circumstances may allow
you to leave early if discussed prior to the event. Leaving early may result in revocation of your
application for future events. Please initial to signify that you have read this. _______
Please do not bring children to this event unless they can be constantly and effectively
supervised.
If you are unable to man your booth for both days you may share with another person who can utilize
your booth on the day you cannot. They will need to include their information on your application or fill out
one for themselves.
There are security cameras on site. Your items will be securely stored overnight if you choose to
leave them however, Out of Egypt will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items while
stored on the premises. You are responsible for yourself and your belongings and consent to use
this venue at your own risk.

open later if shoppers continue to show up) Reminder: Closing up prior to closing time is strictly prohibited
and may result in being banned from future events.
Setup is from 9am on Friday. Arrangements can be made if you need to set up earlier than that.

Advertising.
A portion of your booth fee will be used to help cover the cost of flyers, road signs and other advertising. I
will advertise in the local Fallon Newspaper and in the Mailbox News for Fallon and Fernley as well as the
local radio stations. Posters and flyers will be put up around town and I will be putting an announcement
in the Chamber of Commerce newsletter. I’ll also be sharing this on my Facebook page as well as the
Out of Egypt pages and all community groups for Fallon and the surrounding areas. Please list this event
on your own Facebook page and share the invitation with your friends. We need all the advertising we
can get!
Other
This event is NOT limited to any certain type of vendor.
Flea Market People – Please remember that all your items need to be contained in your space. We
cannot accommodate large items or allow items in the aisles for safety reasons.
Home Based Businesses – Only one vendor from each Direct Selling company will be allowed, First
come, first served.
If there is someone you want to be close to – let me know. Otherwise we will assign spaces accordingly
to keep similar products from being lumped together.
