Dear Sirs,
In order to briefly introduce myself, I'm a professional with more of ten years of experience in Logistics - Materials
Management, used to work under stress and to pursue more ambitious goals, but always putting the company and
the customer at the center of each activity or project trying to obtain the greatest benefits for both.
After a first part of career developed in production and controlling areas, since 2004 I have always worked in
Logistics - Materials Management area, developing trade agreements, policies of material replenishment,
purchasing forecast and price negotiations.
In my career I have held the position of Head of Logistics, with the direct management of warehouses located in
Italy, UK and Far East; I also represented the Italian plant in Worldwide Logistics Group, comparing with colleagues
European and non-European and implementing global actions with them.
Among the many projects that I have followed over the years as a Team Leader, I want to remember in particular a
few:
• MEDEL GROUP SpA – Total Reorganization of logistics processes: searching for new suppliers (Italy / Europe /
LCC), implementation of purchasing policies dedicated to each item, signing contracts targeted to optimize the
level of stock with existing suppliers; savings for the company has been estimated at over € 700,000 for the
three years from 2012 to 2014 (-35%), while improving the service level offered by the suppliers.
•
WITTUR SpA - Revision of the Supply Chain, especially for the Materials Management of the Italian plant (about
6,000 items, worth € 5 million), which in two years has led to a decline in the stock value of € 3.5 million (-45 %).
Result obtained with the development of “ad hoc” policies for material management based on the single items,
and in parallel several actions based on the reduction of the o
bsolescence, the reduction of Lead Time of
delivery, the supplier list optimization and a rationalization of all the "Make or Buy" processes.
•
WITTUR SpA - Project with a multinational customer for the supply of new products based on their projects,
project that included a dedicated Supply Chain, the study and implementation of a dedicated production
department and the the relationships with their CEDI throughout Europe.
A good knowledge of the English language, utilized in the daily relationships with colleagues of the Group and with
foreign suppliers, and a good knowledge of computers complete my professional profile.

WORK EXPERIENCES
From February 2015
Purchasing Department at Thermo Ramsey Srl in Parma, a subsidiaries of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

I completely managed the company, from the relationship with suppliers to the administrative accounting until
the daily direction of the same.

Logistic & Warehouse Manager at Zacobi S.p.A. in Collecchio (PR), a trading company operating in the cosmetics and
perfumery luxury area.
I had the responsability of the complete material flow management: inbound and outbound quality control, production and
delivery planning and the complete management of suppliers and forwarders.
I was also directly responsible of warehouse people (11 person) and purchasing people (2 person)
From April 2010 to November 2012
Operations Manager at Medel Group S.p.A. in Torrile (PR), a multinational company operating in the Healthcare and Baby
Products
I was directly responsible for different processes, in detail:
• PROCUREMENT: scouting and management of suppliers, mainly based in far East, order management, import process
management. About 90% of the suppliers was based in Far East, part of them produced following our projects and
drawings and, in other cases, we bought commercial parts, customizing them with our brand.
• LOGISTIC: complete management of the relationship with forwarders and couriers, contract issuing and management,
outsourced warehouses management (Italy, UK and Hong Kong), stock management, vendor rating.
During my work experience, we have reorganized and rationalized all the logistic processes; through targeted market
analysis, and special contracts signed with new suppliers, we have obtained an important saving for the Company for the
triennium 2012 - 2014 (-35%), with a contemporaneous improvement of the service level offered by suppliers, obtaining
an increase of Customer Satisfaction.
• PRODUCTION: management of the internal production lines and contractors lines. Assembly and packaging of product
lines made in Italy, adapting products for foreign markets
• FACILITY MANAGEMENT: fleet management, travel management, agreements and contract management.
I was also responsible for the Budget and the costs for these areas.
From January 1998 to March 2010
I worked at Wittur S.p.A. in COLORNO (PR), a multinational holding operating in the lift market, this is my career path in the
Company:
• JAN 98 – APR 98 --> QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPT: quality control in acceptance (samples and / or series products) and
implementation of the Quality System in order to maintain the IMQ certification

MAY 98 – AGO 01 --> TIME & METHODS DEPT: detection of production times, study of production methods in order to
optimize costs, Responsible of the whole Productin Data Reporting.
SEP 01 – JAN 04 --> COST ACCOUNTING DEPT: I was responsible for the industrial costs analysis for the subsequent
definition of Standard Cost and Break Even Point and Total Cost analysis in order to define Price Lists according to the
Company profitability policy.
I was also Responsible for the Corporate Reporting and interface with other companies of the Holding
FEB 04 – MAR 10 --> LOGISTIC – MATERIAL MANAGEMENT AREA: For sure this has been the more important experience
in Wittur for my professional growth.
I was Head of Materials Management department (about 6,000 items, value € 5,000,000), Italian member of the Corporate
Logistics Team Group and Project Manager for the total reorganization of the Supply Chain policies, that in two years has
led to a decrease in the value of the stock of € 3.5 million (-45%).
I have also dealt with Purchasing Forecast for Key Components, Suppliers Scouting, Market Research and issue of different
types of Contracts of Supply.
Process Manager for a project with a multinational customer for the supply of a new products line, including the study and
implementation of a customized production department and a dedicated supply chain
When Wittur decided to improve all the production lines with the Lean theories, I was chosen as Lean Trainer and I
participate to different Work Shop regarding both production lines and document flows.
I had also experience as Buyer and I was responsible for the costs related to the material management area.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Diploma of Accounting achieved in 1996 at the ITCG A. Mapelli Monza, final vote 44/60
OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
The different experiences have allowed me to increase my business know-how from multiple points of view, from productive
to administrative and especially logistics, making me flexible in case of activities to be evaluated under different points of view;
during the time I specialized in Supply Chain, and is in this area that I would like to continue my career, providing my expertise
to grow with the company.
I am convinced that the most important target for any company is "Cost Reduction", and every day I put on the field my
experience and my ability to eliminate waste and achieve savings from suppliers, that I prefer to consider and call Partners,
absolutely in a Win-Win policy.
Over the years, mainly thanks to the internal turnover promoted in Wittur Group, I worked in different areas, developing a
remarkable ability to work on a project, intended as targeted to the closure of specific projects (implementation of new
production lines), or work on a target, understood as continuous work aimed at achieving fixed goals (continuos stock
reduction).
My partecipation to different Comitees, responding directly to the General Management, together with the responsibilities of
variously projects, different and complementary to each other, has further strengthened these skills.
Finally, the management of warehouses in England and Hong Kong, and several relationship with suppliers located mostly in
the Far East, have allowed me to extend the working knowledge of these areas.
LANGUAGES
Mother tongue Italian, daily use the English language in relations with colleagues and suppliers; basic knowledge of French.
INFORMATIC SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of WINDOWS, OFFICE package and BaaN IV, gained when I was Key User for Logistic Area in the
development and implementation period in Wittur; over the years I have worked with other software as COBOL, AS 400 and
ERP platforms.
I’m able to basically program with Visual Basic for Excel and in the past I did the rapporteur at several computer courses,
specifically on the advanced use of Microsoft Excel
FURTHER INFORMATION
I’m used to working under stress and to pursue more ambitious goals, always putting the company and the customer at the
center of each activity or project and trying to get the most benefits for both; my aspiration is to work in a dynamic
environment, where I can use the skills and knowledge acquired over the years.
In my last work I was Employee 6th level – “CCNL METALMECCANICI”, with a permanent contract; the Annual Retribution
amounted to € 33,000 plus company PC and mobile.
I have no problems to evaluate positions where there are transfers, on the Italian territory and / or abroad.
