Harris hComms Battle and Communications Network Management Software addresses
mission-critical needs for full-spectrum network-operations management, complete
battlefield management and advanced communications—all through a common
interface. In use today, hComms is comprised of two main components: hManager,
for network planning and management, and hC2 for data sharing.

control communications software solution connects all echelons—from headquarters to tactical
edge—making critical information available where and when it’s needed with its four specialized
products: hC2 Node Center, Command, Patrol and Dismount.
The Harris hC2 Dismount RF-7800N-BM400 Tactical COP for dismounted commanders at the
tactical edge is designed with operational simplicity in mind. The Android-based system provides
a mobile, up-to-date COP and plan overlays to enhance force protection. Users can exchange
informational layers, illustrate complex maneuvers, share with subordinates and spot report.
Geofencing allows users to receive critical alerts about their surrounding areas.
