Celebrate GRAD NITE @ Disneyland, June 12, 2015
RHS PTSA will be selling tickets for RHS Grad Nite in front of the RHS Attendance Office at lunch. Listen to
the bulletin for specific dates.
We take approximately 300 students. An entire bus of 50 students must be sold in order for that bus to go. You
are advised to purchase your tickets as soon as you are able. If you want to be on a certain bus with your friends,
plan on buying your tickets all together. Once your ticket is purchased you may not switch busses. There is
paperwork that must be completed before you can buy your tickets.
School buses will leave Friday, June 12 at 1 pm and students will celebrate with park hopper tickets to both
Disneyland and California Adventure. Students may NOT leave California Adventure or Disneyland at any time.
Admission to California Adventure for ticketed Grad Nite seniors only, will happen about 10 pm with special events!
Planned just for the graduate’s, a private dance party and show at California Adventure. Students will leave
Disneyland at 2 am and return to Redlands High School about 4 am on Saturday, June 13.
Please be at school in the bus loop at 12 pm. There will be school security officers to check personal belongings before
boarding the bus. No food or drinks will be allowed on the bus.
Tickets will range from $105 to $125 depending on when they are purchased and whether you have an ASB card.

If you cannot attend Grad Nite due to a change in your plans, tickets are non-refundable and
DRESS CODE FOR DISNEYLAND
Please dress appropriately. If you cannot wear a specific clothing item to school you should not wear it to Grad Nite. Make sure you
are dressed comfortably with comfortable shoes. We will be there a long time.
The following dress items ARE UNACCEPTABLE at Grad Nite (sorry!!!!)
•
Any clothing affiliated with a school, group, club, etc. (i.e. letterman jackets, clothing with school logos, etc.) This includes
any type of Disney reference or “Class of 2013”, or “Grad Nite” etc. No group is allowed to wear anything that identifies
them as ‘together’ or associated with a specific group.
•
Clothing not in good repair (torn jeans, shirts, etc.)
•
Extremely revealing clothing (i.e. bathing suit tops or bottoms, see through clothing, etc.)
•
Hats or bandanas
•
All backpacks (including purse-sized backpacks), briefcases, hip packs, camera bags, cell phone cases, tote bags, and
oversized purses
•
Any article of clothing or accessory that would be deemed unsafe (i.e. spiked necklaces/wristbands, chains, etc.), including
clothing that has holes or is torn in any way
•
Weapons, knives, chemical irritants of any kind, laser pointers
•
Food and beverages (including water bottles and snack items)
•
Prescription medication (inhalers are OK with advanced approval from the Grad Nite office – please fill out and fax the
exception form)
•
Any over-the-counter medications
•
Tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, snuff, etc.) and related material (lighters, matches, pipes, etc.)
•
Alcohol or any controlled substance
•
Lotions, mouthwash, liquid lip gloss, perfumes, cologne, any form of liquid (similar to airport regulations)
Those dressed inappropriately will not be admitted on the bus at Redlands High School or into Disneyland and no refund will be given.
Be advised: Failure to follow dress code will result in delayed admission and/or denial of admission into GRAD NITE event.
Disneyland Security has the right to refuse admission to anyone they deem not appropriately dressed for the event.
Those in violation of the list of “Unacceptable” attire will be stopped by Disneyland Security and will lose admission to the Grad Nite event.
If for any reason you are detained by Disney Security your parents will be required to pick you up at Disneyland
within 2 hours of detainment.

Activity will be held at Disneyland and California Adventure, Anaheim, CA
School buses will depart June 12 at 1 pm for the Disneyland Resort and will leave Disneyland at 3 am on June 13,
returning to Redlands High School at 4 am.
Students attending Grad Nite may NOT leave the Disneyland Resort at any time or for any reason during this
activity.
Participation in the above activity is voluntary and is not required as a part of the regular school program.

activity. I understand this is not a district sponsored activity. I hereby release and discharge the Redlands High School
PTSA and Redlands Unified School District from all liability arising out of or in connection with the above-described
activity.
In the event of an accident or sudden illness, the sponsor has my permission to render whatever emergency medical
treatment may be deemed necessary for the above named student.

-I will follow all school rules.
-I will carry on my person and present if requested, my school ID or photo ID.
-I understand that failure to abide by the rules while participating in this school activity will be grounds for my
parents/guardians or my host's parents/guardians to travel to the event location (Disneyland) to pick me up.
-If I or my guest is detained by Disney Security both I and my guest must be picked up by a parent or guardian,
listed on emergency contacts, at Disneyland Resort within 2 hours of detainment.
-I understand that the purchase of any event- related items (dresses, flowers, jewelry, etc.) prior to the approval of
this guest pass is done at my own risk.
