MEMORIAL DAY
The Manor office and kitchen will be closed on Monday, May 25th for
Memorial Day. Don’t forget frozen meals are readily available as a service of
the Powell Senior Center through our kitchen at a very reasonable cost of
$2.00 each. Meals for sale are listed on the board outside the kitchen door.
Simply make your selection, let the kitchen staff know what you would like
and pay at the front desk. Meals usually include a main dish, entrée and
vegetable.
ANNUAL UNIT INSPECTIONS
The annual unit inspections will be Tuesday, June 16, 2015 between
1:00pm-4:00 pm. The inspections will be done under the direction of the
Board of Directors. This will allow the Board Members the opportunity to
meet residents and give the residents an opportunity to visit directly with our
Board.

Hi again.
I am still writing about all the different services
that can be provided for you.
Hopefully, this will be of great benefit for you to know!
If you need any clarity on any of the services, please come and see me!!!
Home Management
Services can be provided to assist you with keeping, managing, and
maintaining all aspects of your home. This includes money management,
budgeting, bill paying, reading mail, organization of personal records, phone
and cable company issues.
Lease Education
Your service coordinator can inform you of lease
provisions and/or of behavior problems that could lead to
lease violations, such as noise, odors, unsanitary or
unsafe conditions in apartments (hoarding and clutter), or
common areas. I can link you up with the Property Manager for assistance
with understanding your lease agreement and the house rules.
Coordination can be made, with the property manager, to secure the need for
reasonable accommodation if you have mental, physical, or a social disability
that impedes compliance with the lease.
Meals
Services can be provided to ensure you to receive adequate nutrition.
Emergency food programs and food banks will be available to you.
Grocery shopping or cooking services can be made available.
Other meal access (family, friends, etc.) Donated holiday food items.
Thanks everyone.
