The proper foundation for great fun and awesome cheerleading begins at Rowland/Ballard. Our cheer program has
directors and teachers that have competed and performed at the highest collegiate level. If you’re serious about
cheerleading and have interest in growing and developing your cheer skills, tumbling skills, stunting skills, and enjoy
performing to music, then the Rowland/Ballard cheer program is right for you. Our state of the art facility is loaded with
great equipment and our coaches strive to maximize the benefits for each child by balancing all the elements of
enjoyment, discipline, and increased self-esteem right along with proper skill development. Rowland/Ballard is also the
training home of the “National Champion” Caliber Cheer Starz. Our teams compete in national events and have a proven
history of winning at the highest level. Our primary goal is to provide our squads with the very best training environment
while teaching ideals such as teamwork, sportsmanship, integrity, and work ethic.
CLASS DESCRIPTION: One hour classes are divided by age / ability level with a maximum student-coach ratio of 8:1.
SUMMER PROGRAM (8 weeks): Monday, June 8, 2015 through Friday, July 31, 2015.
REGISTRATION & TUITION: A registration form must be filled out and submitted to the front desk along with a
$10.00 registration fee for all new students. This $10.00 fee per student covers that student’s participation in all summer
2015 programs and is nonrefundable. The summer term is 8 weeks of classes. Tuition for classes is due upon registration
and is based on a full 8 week summer session.
8 week summer session Regular Tuition: $188.00 (Master Card / Visa Charge)
8 week summer session Discounted Tuition: $178.00 (Cash, Check, Bank Draft)
Make-ups can be scheduled through the front desk for any missed classes due to family vacations or other summer
activities. All (regular class) make-ups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
REGULAR CHEER CLASS PROGRAM:
LITTLE DIPPERS (Ages 4-5), COMETS (Ages 6-8), ROCKETS (Ages 8-10) - These entry-level cheer classes will
receive 1 hour of instruction each week dedicated to cheer motions, jumps, stunts, cheers, cheer dance, and tumbling.
COMPETITIVE CHEER PROGRAM:
LITTLE NOVA’S SHOW TEAM (2.5 HOURS / $188 Monthly) – Our Little Nova’s “Show Team” squad will attend and
participate in the same events as our competitive cheer teams. The Little Nova’s will perform their routines on the
competition floor and in an exciting competition environment. This is an entry-level cheerleading squad with a primary
goal of having fun and gaining confidence in a competitive atmosphere. These cheerleaders are our future Shooting
Starz. All competitive programs (gymnastics and cheer) tuition payment will continue on the credit card or bank draft
system.
COMPETITIVE SQUADS (5 HOURS / $225 Monthly) – The Rowland/Ballard competitive squads will compete against other
competitive cheer programs and perform choreographed routines that consist of cheer/motions, jumps, tumbling,
stunts/pyramids, and dance. We are dedicated to providing our teams the very best competitive cheerleading experience.
All competitive programs (gymnastics and cheer) tuition payment will continue on the credit card or bank draft system.
TUMBLING CLASSES:
Advanced tumbling skills have become vital in the world of cheerleading. Most of our cheerleaders take an additional
tumbling class to accommodate and grow their cheer skill set. We have the best tumbling instructors at Rowland/Ballard
and offer a great selection of tumbling class options.
TUMBLE CUBS 5-7 & TUMBLE TIGERS 8-11: This class has been specifically designed for our younger tumblers.
ELITE TUMBLE TIGERS: The young tumblers in this group must be able to perform a flip-flop with NO spot.
BEGINNER TUMBLING: This beginner class will train cartwheels, round-offs, flip-flops, and round-off flip-flops.
INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING: Must be able to perform round-off, cartwheel, and may need lite spot with flip-flop
ADVANCED TUMBLING: Athletes in this group must be able to perform (2) flip-flop with NO spot.

FUN GYM
FRIDAY FUN GYM: Ready for date night? Let RBGA help by providing a fun place for kids to have a great time while
you catch a movie or grab dinner. All Rowland/Ballard students (ages 4 and up) are invited to attend Friday Fun Gym
from 7:00 - 9:30pm. This supervised event is loaded with gymnastics, games, special contests and having fun with the
Rowland/Ballard staff. There is a nominal fee of $15.00 for all registered students who sign-up by Thursday 6PM. Friday
sign-ups will be charge $20. The guest fee for Friday Fun Gym is $25.00 with a completed and signed participation form.
FRIDAY “BONUS” TUMBLING: All registered Rowland/Ballard tumbling students may attend our Friday Bonus
Tumbling class. This bonus tumbling class is for registered Rowland/Ballard tumbling students only. All participants must
be signed up by Thursday 6pm (281-812-7835) and the cost is $10. Sorry, guests may not attend Bonus Tumbling.
KINDER-GYM OPEN GYM: Open Gym is an extra practice for all 3 - 5 year old students enrolled in the Rowland/Ballard
Kindergym program. There is a nominal fee of $10 (no checks or credit cards) for all registered students. The guest fee
for Kindergym Open Gym is $20.00 with a completed and signed participation form.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Rowland/Ballard birthday parties are simply the best! We maximize the fun for kids and minimize
the work for parents. Each party lasts 1.5 hours with a full hour dedicated to gymnastics fun and games! The final 30
minutes are used for the cake and gift time. You provide the cake and punch, we’ll provide the fun!
