Change of Degree/Concentration/Major: Instructions
Change of Degree forms are processed only in between semesters. They cannot be processed in the middle of the
semester. Once your form is received, it will be held until the semester ends, and then processed.
Please make sure to discuss all Change of Degree requests with your Academic Advisor before submitting the
request.
Below is a list of all the available degrees, majors, and concentrations available at Charter Oak. Please review this
list to help you properly fill out the form.
Associate Degree:
Choose either: Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS)
• If you are choosing an Associate you do not need to pick a major, concentration, or focus.
Bachelor’s Degree Majors
Choose a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts, if available. Then choose a major (in bold) and, if
