THROUGH MR GRUP INVEST
Our PROCEDURES facilitates the transaction by creating contacts between clients and providers and
by advancing amounts to perform the trading operations. Furthermore, our Company is deputed to
carry out the whole operation on the market, to close the due diligence operations to protect the
interests of the Parties involved in the transaction, as well as to act as clearing and settlement
advisors to control and facilitate all terms, conditions an steps that will follow the financial
transactions.
PROCEDURE: WE PAY ALL CHARGES OF 100%
1.The SELLER MT760,SBLC will send a simple LOI,CONTRACT.
2. Seller sends SWIFT information to our bank swift, that is ready to sell the financial instrument.
3.After positive diligence, the BUYER will send a CONTRACT;the Client will check the contract and if
everything is satisfactory will sign and return back the contract and the buying request in order for
the transaction to start.
4.The BUYER must cover the BANK GARANTIE service fees, for a performance bond bank garantie of
100%.
5.After receipt of all documents as per above, the Client will provide the following undertaking to pay
forms:SWIFT to SWIFT
a) Irrevocable conditional banking pay order (bank with full responsibility)
b)Irrevocable corporate pay order endorsed by the bank with full responsibility. It is possible to
undertake a deferred payment within the following 3 days.
c)Promissory note endorsed by the Bank in full responsibility
6.After certification and authentication of the above-mentioned undertaking to pay, the bank
security will be delivered by swift MT760, or by any other way agreed upon.

BANK SECURITY DESCRIBED HEREIN WITH GOOD, CLEAN, CLEAR, AND OF NON-CRIMINAL ORIGIN
FUNDS, ALREADY DEPOSITED IN THE SETTLEMENT BANK.
