JUNIOR PROM GUEST FORM
Dance Rules:
 The Prom is open to Exeter High School students and high school guests only.
 All guests must be of high-school age. No middle-school students allowed.
 Grand March begins at 6:30pm, Prom begins at 7:30pm and ends at 10:30pm
 No admittance after 8:00 PM unless prior approval by administration.
 All guests and students should be picked up NO LATER than 10:30 PM.
 Tickets will be sold from May 6 - May 13 during lunches to only those EHS students with proper
school identification. No tickets will be sold at the door.
 Guest forms must be completed and submitted prior to ticket purchase.
 All guests and EHS students must have a photo ID with them at the prom.
 Purses and bags are allowed but will be checked at the door.
 We expect students and guests to behave in a manner that shows respect for themselves and
others. Students who violate this dance policy will be removed from the dance and their parents
will be contacted. They will remain in the Main Office conference room until parents arrive.
