MINI BootCamp!: Mondays at 12:20pm and Wednesdays 12:20-12:40 or 12:40-1pm: A quick circuit of strength and cardio aimed to boost metabolism
and get you up and energized to finish out your workday!
Pilates: Connect your mind and body by focusing on breath control while challenging your core strength and stability.
Zumba!!: Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba ® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating,
effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health!
Silver Sneakers Classic ®: A mixture of chair aerobics, strength, and flexibility. A great low impact option for everyone!
Silver Sneakers Cardio ®: Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow
low-impact movement and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
SPIN : Come and enjoy an indoor bike ride where the instructor guides participants through various workout phases (warm-up, tempo cadences,
sprints, climbs, cool-down) and the resistance is controlled by the participant…making the workout as easy or as difficult as needed. Why not start your
weekend with a great workout?
