AAA Student Account Access
Students attending Missouri University of Science and Technology can grant access to another party to
view billing information and make online payments. This access is referred to as AAA (Additional
Authorized Access).
Missouri S&T students can grant users direct and authorized online access to any or all of the following
student information in Joe’SS.

Your student can learn more about maintaining AAA access by
visiting http://registrar/mst.edu/psinfo/additionalauthorizedaccess/.
Once your student has set up an AAA account, you will receive an email message with directions on how
to set up your password and log into AAA. This email will be sent to the email address listed for you by
your student.
To set up your password and account access, you will log into Joe’SS from the www.mst.edu
homepage and click on Joe’SS under online resources.
Once on the sign on panel, choose ‘Additional Authorized Access’ under Guest Access on the left-hand
menu.
A password must be established by clicking on the link ‘Forgot my Password?’.
You will be asked to confirm your email address. Click on the ‘Continue with Password Reset’ link.
The following email will be sent to your email address:
We received a request to reset the password associated with this e-mail address. If you made this
request, please follow the instructions below.
Click this link Authorized Access Password Setup to reset your password using our secure server:
Please bear in mind that for security purposes this link is time sensitive and will expire if not used
within 24 hours. Once expired, it will only direct you to the sign-on page.
From your email, click the link Authorized Access Password Setup to establish your password.
Enter and confirm a password. Click ‘Save Your Password’.
Creating the password completes your S&T AAA account set-up. In the future this step will not be
needed.
Click the ‘Continue’ link to be taken to the pages that you have been granted access too.
By clicking on the ‘Student Account Information’ link, under the Authorized Access page, you will be
able to view your student’s financial activity.
The ‘View/Pay Your Bill’ tab will direct you to the Quikpay site where current & previous monthly
electronic billing statements are available and online payments can be made. Click on the green
Quikpay button to proceed.
Once on the Quikpay site, electronic billing statements can be viewed by clicking on View Accounts
and online payments can be made by clicking on Make Payment.
