*SENIOR PROJECT SHOWCASE & SENIOR AWARDS EVENING LOGISTICS
It is very important that your son/daughter get his or her after high school plans to the Career/ Counseling
Center. This information is placed in the Argus, Oregonian, Senior Awards Programand Graduation Program.
Below is a copy of the form your senior should receive at the beginning of May to provide the required
information. Please check with your student to make sure they receive and complete the form. Additional
copies available in the Careeer/Counseling Center. If you would like to call this information in to the Career/
Counseling Center, please use the form below and call Diana Slater, Career/Counseling Secretary at 503-8441980, Ext 3746 or email: [email protected]. You are always welcome to drop the form off to the Career/
Counseling Center as well, or remind your senior to do so by Friday, May 15th
Also, if your senior has a change in his/her plans or he/she receive a new scholarship after the deadline, please
let Mrs. Slater, Counseling Secretary, know ASAP. The final deadline for changes will be Friday, May 22nd

Where: Hilhi Auditorium
Awards to be presented include: Activity and Athletic Scholars, HSD Chancellor Diploma Students, IB Diploma &
Honor Students, Focus Programs of Study recognition, Local Scholarships, Leadership, Valedictorian and
Salutatorian Recognition, and many more.
*Your senior will be made aware by the Career and Counseling Staff that he or she is earning an award or
recognition of some sort approximately a week before the event. This is a special event therefore, please let Diana
Slater, Counseling Center Secretary (503-844-1980 Ext 3746 or [email protected]) know if your student has
been made aware that he/she is earning an award but he/she is unable to attend.
