Payment Policy
Deposits required for ALL rental equipment
and must be cash or credit card. No Checks.
If using your credit or debit card, the amount
of the deposit will be charged to your card.
At the end of the rental period, provided
there are no damages or lost equipment,
your deposit will be voided. Although we
void the transaction the same day, the credit
card processing centers may take several
days before the release your funds.
Rental fees must be cash or credit card. No

Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. No
shows may be charged a one hour rental fee
based on type of equipment reserved.
Reservation time is forfeit time. If you are
running late for your reservation, please
phone ahead. We cannot guarantee you’ll be
able to receive you entire reserved time.

Rental Policy
To participate in our rental program,
you must be a minimum of 18 years
old with a valid driver’s license. You
must be able to demonstrate understanding of rental procedures and
boating safety
Equipment is rented hourly, in 4 hour
blocks and 8 hour blocks. If you return
equipment early due to inclement
weather, or confirmed mechanical
problems, you will be charged by the
hourly rate for the time your were
out. If you return equipment early because you no longer whish to use it,
you will be charged the FULL reserved
time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Safety equipment including life jackets are provided at no additional cost. NO
BEACHING of rental equipment is allowed. Anchors are provided. Swimming only allowed in designated areas.
NO DIVING or JUMPING from boats.
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to
your start time for instructions and
safety equipment fitting. We make
every effort to get you started on
time.
