Fee Schedule
Effective April 1, 2015
GENERAL POLICIES
This Fee Schedule is intended to generate approximately 45% of OADDL’s annual operating budget.
The prices listed herein apply to veterinary diagnostic submissions. Consultation services, special
clinical investigations, legal depositions, court appearances, and work performed for the purpose of
product validation or commercialization will incur additional charges.
Cosmetic necropsy examinations and return of animal bodies or body parts are not services
provided by OADDL. Private cremation is available upon request; animal remains will only be
released to a qualified crematory. Submitter is responsible for making arrangements with the
crematorium.
OADDL reserves the right to utilize reference laboratories as necessary to complete test requests.
Testing performed at reference laboratories will be indicated as such on the report; shipping charges
may apply.
GENERAL FEES
Test results will be faxed or e-mailed upon request at no charge. A hard copy of the results can be
sent by mail for an additional $3.00 charge.
Legal/Insurance cases will incur a surcharge of $100.00. Extended storage of samples collected at
necropsy from legal/insurance cases will incur an additional fee, specimen restrictions apply.

ABORTION PANELS
Panels include up to three fetuses on one submission. Multiple fetuses must be submitted at the
same time. If 2 or more fetuses are submitted, samples will be pooled. Additional testing
(including bacterial antibiotic susceptibilities) will incur additional charges.
NOTE: Serological testing on serum from the dam and fluid from the fetus is available at additional
cost. The submission of acute and convalescent serum samples from the dam is encouraged.

Bacteriology fees are levied on a per sample basis unless otherwise specified. Test packages include
up to 2 antibiotic susceptibility profiles on organisms selected by OADDL microbiologist. Additional
antibiotic susceptibility profiles performed at submitter’s request will be charged at the routine
testing rate. The urine package below does not include free-catch samples.
