Implementing Drain Plugs into
Your Fleet
So that you can benefit from Femco’s features, CPL will help you by
determining your needs for such a program.
The best opportunity for changing your existing drain plug to the Femco
Drain Plug is during your regularly scheduled oil change.
A CPL Sales Associate can acquire a list of engine sizes and types from
your Maintenance Supervisor.
CPL Systems will then work with your Maintenance Supervisor to
determine when, how many and which sizes you will need for each unit.
With this information, CPL Systems will be able to ensure you have the
correct size for each engine at the right time.
Warranty
The Femco Drain Plugs have a Lifetime Warranty on manufacturer’s
defects. If you have a drain plug that you feel has not performed as we
said it would, or is defective, CPL Systems will replace the drain plug at n
no charge.
The faulty drain plug must be returned to CPL Systems for the Warranty
to be valid.
Shipping
You can either pre-pay for the product or issue a P.O. Number.
All orders will be shipped collect at the customers choice of courier, or
prepaid purolator on the customers invoice.
CPL Systems stocks a variety of drain plugs, but due to the large
amount of different engines and sizes available, not all the sizes may be
in stock.
CPL Systems’ policy is to have the drain plugs in your shop a minimum of
two weeks from the date you issue the purchase order.
