Aqua: A great cardiovascular workout and way to build muscle tone without impacting your joints.
Boot Camp: This class will push you with plyometrics, push-ups, high intensity intervals and more.
Designed for participants who are beyond beginners.
Body/Cardio Sculpt. Using weights, tubing, gliding discs, your own body and more, this workout
focuses on strength training. Cardio version includes activity to challenge your heart.
Butts & Guts: Full body strength workout with focus on core strength. Isolated ab and glute work to
satisfy even those with the strongest core. Work muscles both standing and on a mat, finishing with
a deep stretch.
Cardio Sculpt: Using weights, tubing, gliding discs, your own body and more, this workout includes
both cardiovascular training and strength training, increasing your overall metabolism. Add
definition without bulking up.
Cardio Dance: Aerobic based dance workout. Choreography changes monthly and is taught in an
easy-to-learn add-on style.
Cardio Kickbox: Come have fun while you jab, kick and punch in a cardio choreographed format.
This high-energy class is certain to burn calories and raise your heart rate.
Cardio Tennis: A high energy fitness activity that combines tennis with cardiovascular exercise.
Non Tennis Players are welcome. *Included in Class Fee during Introductory Period.
Circuits: Provides an introduction to the fitness equipment in the fitness center and wellness center.
Focuses on proper form and use of strength machines and cardio equipment.
Core Workout: 15 minute class, isolating core muscles (abs/back/glutes).
Functional Training: Small group personal training focusing on exercises that allow you to perform
activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. Equipment such as cables, medicine balls and
TRX bands will target the entire body while strengthening the core muscles of the back and
abdomen. *Separate fee applies. By appointment only.
Group Cycle: Work at a level that is best for you, while providing the ultimate cardio-respiratory
training experience. Variety of terrain and intensity, all set to upbeat music. Members may
pre-reserve 24 hours in advance for members.

Line Dancing: A fun way to exercise and get your mind off of everyday problems. *Included in Class Fee
during Introductory Period.
Masters Swim: Open to accomplished swimmers dedicated to improving their fitness.
Meditation: Gentle stretching to provide flexibility and comfort in mediation, then move into silent
meditation in a comfortable, seated position (props, blankets, chairs available) before ending with guided
meditation and stress-reducing, deep relaxation.
Pilates: Based on the traditional style of Pilates, these classes use the mind-body connection to
strengthen core muscles and improve overall balance and flexibility. Our instructors are highly experienced
and BASI certified. PiYo is a blend of Pilates and Yoga.
Sport Fitness Training: This 50 minute class focuses on agility, core, flexibility and overall strength
training to benefit our many tennis players AND those who play other sports.
TBC and TBC +: (Total Body Conditioning) with a fusion of core, strength, balance, flow and flexibility
training, using a variety of props, for a complete mind-body experience. TBC is taken barefoot, sticky mats
recommended. TBC+ has more focus on strength with fitness shoes recommended.
Yoga: Seascape’s Yoga classes synchronize movement and breath control, encouraging each participant to
practice at a level appropriate for them, using instructors trained in Tri and/or Hatha yoga. Poses will flow
or be sustained to maximize strength, flexibility and mind-body connection. Level I classes are for
beginners or those looking for a more gentle experience. Level 2 classes use more advanced poses and
postures and may include Vinyasa flow. Level 3 classes are our most challenging classes,
including Vinyasa, allowing participants to challenge their practice.
Yin/Yang Yoga: One hour of flow (Yang) yoga, followed by 30 minutes of Yin yoga
(postures held over time to improve flexibility and savasana. Class designed to allow
yogis to leave after Yang or join in for just Yin, if preferred.
Zumba/Zumba Toning: A high energy dance workout set to a fusion of Latin and
