 Assisting clients in live transactions
 You are a Bachelor or Master’s degree student with
 Identifying potential M&A and financing situations
 Preparing in-depth valuations and other financial
analyses
an excellent academic track record
 You are a professional, driven and outgoing person
with a genuine interest in corporate finance and financial markets.
 Preparing client documentation for winning business
 You are structured and detail-oriented and possess
 Advising clients on solving financial and strategic
excellent analytical and communication skills in German and English
challenges
 You are competitive and enjoy working in a dynamic
and challenging environment while maintaining personal integrity, showing good judgment and demonstrating personal courage.
