Classic Cushions & Umbrellas warranty is extended to the original purchaser
utilizing our cushions and umbrellas in ordinary home use. Classic Cushions &
Umbrellas warrants that your cushion or umbrella is free from defects in
material or workmanship as of the date of purchase and will, with proper care by
the purchaser, remain so for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If your
Classic Cushions or Umbrellas fails structurally during the period of one year
from original purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace without
charge.
This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or
products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. This warranty does
not cover normal fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery
materials.The warranty does not cover fading of polyester or printed acrylic
fabrics. This warranty does not cover damage to umbrellas due to wind. All
Classic umbrellas should be closed when not in use.
The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase when requesting service
under this warranty. Classic Cushions & Umbrellas will not be responsible for
any consequential damages, loss of use, or other expenses resulting from
defective products.

ORDER PROCESSING:
The fastest and most efficient way to place orders is on our toll free fax line. Please copy and

To ensure that your order is expedited in the quickest possible time, please make sure you send
complete information with regard to:
■ quantity
■ cushion style number and color number (orders placed using fabric names or
descriptions will not be processed)
■ umbrella style number and color number (orders placed using fabric names or
descriptions will not be processed)
■ shipping instructions
■ purchase order number
■ shipment date requested
All orders will receive a faxed order acknowledgement. It is the customers
responsibility to review the acknowledgement for accuracy. Notify Classic of any
changes or errors immediately. No changes can be made once order has been
cut. Out of stock items will be placed on back-order and shipped collect, unless
otherwise noted on the purchase order “Ship Complete Only”.

TERMS OF SALE:
COD unless approved credit terms are arranged prior to sale. A 1.5% finance charge will be
added to any invoice exceeding established credit terms.
FABRIC SAMPLES:
New fabric swatches are available for $75.00. This fee is refundable after orders exceed
a minimum of $5,000.00.
ALTERATIONS/
SPECIAL SIZES:
Any variance in length within 4'' from standard size will require a 30% upcharge. Any
cushion wider than 23'' requires double the amount of fabric and will be priced
accordingly. Cushion sizes may vary slightly from measurements shown in catalog,
and special request sizes. There can be no alteration of standard cushion thickness.
CUSTOM CUSHIONS:
Classic Stocking Dealers Only! Classic Cushions & Umbrellas will make custom cushions from
sample cushion only. NO verbal descriptions, drawings or templates. The customer is
responsible for shipping sample prepaid to Classic Cushions & Umbrellas. Please make sure all
packages and samples are labeled with customer names and instructions. The sample cushions
are used as patterns and cannot be returned. Please send samples with approved orders only.
Please call the factory for delivery time.

MATCHING
CUSHIONS:
Cushions and umbrellas are randomly cut by machine; hand cut charge for matching will be
30% upcharge. Matching cushions must be specified when ordering. Please see fabric chart for
patterns that may need to be matched for sofas or loveseats.
FABRIC AVAILABILITY:
Classic Cushions & Umbrellas offers the finest selection of fabrics in the industry. We strive to
have all fabrics shown in current swatch book available at all times. However, we
cannot guarantee the availability of every pattern or that certain patterns will not be
discontinued by the fabric mills.
BUTTONS:
Plastic buttons included in price. Fabric covered buttons are available at 50 cents each. You
must specify with or without buttons and button color. If not specified cushions will be shipped
without buttons. Button colors available are white, beige, bone, and black.
TIES:
Any variation from Classic Cushions & Umbrellas standard ties will require a 10% upcharge.
Ties available are fabric, elastic and velcro. Elastic bands available only in white.
OEM CUSHIONS:
Classic provides replacement cushions for many furniture lines. OEM cushions cannot be
altered & may not be exact to original specifications. We do not recommend using our OEM
cushions for any other furniture lines or groups other than those shown in our catalog.
WELTS:
Fabric covered welts are available in same fabric or coordinating fabric. Adding a welt requires a
30% upcharge per cushion. Please specify 1/4” or 1/2” welt when ordering.
PRIORITY RUSH
ORDERS:
Rush orders are reserved for Classic’s stocking dealers only. Classic Cushions & Umbrellas will
expedite orders marked “Priority Rush” to ship within 3 working days. Order should specify
priority shipping instructions. There is a 25% upcharge for priority handling. Classic Cushions &
Umbrellas cannot absorb priority shipping cost. Priority rush orders go immediately into
production & cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS &
EXCHANGES:
All returns must be authorized by Classic Cushions & Umbrellas, and must be accompanied by
invoice number and date. No changes in orders will be allowed if order is in process.
SHIPPING:
FOB - Vero Beach, FL. Unless specified, Classic Cushions & Umbrellas will choose the least
expensive carrier. International shipment handling fee is $25.00. A $5.00 handling charge will be
added for all UPS shipments. Classic Cushions & Umbrellas cannot accept responsibility to
collect freight on drop shipments.
FREIGHT CLAIMS:
Cushions and umbrellas are delivered to the freight carrier in new condition. You must inspect
goods on arrival and file a damage claim with the freight carrier - not Classic Cushions and
Umbrellas. Apparent damage, concealed damage and shortage is your responsibility. Inspect
your merchandise upon arrival and notify the freight carrier of any of the above problems.
DELIVERY:
Classic Cushions & Umbrellas does deliver via our company truck to a large portion of South &
Central Florida. Ask your customer service rep about specific delivery areas. Please inspect
merchandise upon arrival and note any apparent damage or shortage on delivery receipt. Classic
cannot accept responsibility for damage or shortage after delivery acceptance.

100% Acrylics & Acrylic Jacquards
Acrylic fabrics are appropriate for either indoor or outdoor use. Solutions dyed acrylic features a soil and stain-resistant
finish that can be cleaned with a solution of natural soap in lukewarm water. Solution dyed acrylic does not promote
mildew growth. However, mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign substances that are allowed to stand on the fabric.
For mildew stains, prepare a mild solution of one cup bleach plus two capfuls of a natural soap per gallon of water.
Sponge thoroughly with clean water and air dry.
Olefins/Polyester Blend
Blended to be very durable and naturally resistant to mildew and stains. Olefin fabric can be cleaned with a solution of
warm water and a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, diluted bleach can be used without affecting the fabric color. Rinse
thoroughly with clean water and air dry.
Printed Acrylic
Acrylic prints offer vibrant color with all the weather and stain resistance of acrylic fabrics. The designs are printed on
100% solution dyed acrylic base cloth. Spot wash by sponging briskly with a natural soap in lukewarm water. Rinse
thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH or harsh cleaners. These fabrics are not
warranted against fading.
Printed Polyester
Polyester prints are appropriate for either indoor or outdoor use. Constructed of 100% polyester yarns, these fabrics are
easily cleaned with a mild detergent and water. DO NOT USE BLEACH or use harsh cleaners. These fabrics are not
warranted against fading.
Shadebrella
Shadebrella fabrics are specifically designed for outdoor use. PVC coated polyester yarn is woven to provide high strength
and durability for slings and umbrellas. Shadebrella offers a 98% shade factor and can be easily cleaned with soap and
water. Diluted bleach can be used if necessary for tough mildew stains.
Phifertex & Textilene
PVC coated yarn is woven in a mesh construction to provide breathable comfort and strength for cushions and umbrellas.
With a 75% shade factor in umbrellas, Textra is designed to withstand continuous wear and exposure to outdoor
conditions. To clean, sponge with a solution of one cup mild detergent with one cup bleach in three gallons of water.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry.
Textilene Jacquard
These fabrics are specifically designed for outdoor use. PVC coated polyester yard is woven in subtle jacquard patterns
and provides a 90-95% shade factor in umbrellas. Clean with a solution of one cup detergent with one cup bleach in three
gallons of water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry.
Umbrella Vinyls
Laminated vinyls are appropriate for outdoor umbrella use only. These vinyls feature a durable laminated construction with
a nylon rip-stop scrim. Offering a 100% shade factor, vinyls are waterproof, durable and colorfast. They may be cleaned
with soapy water and bleach mixture. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
