ILF S 1000 is a polyvalent machine, which is incomparable for the operators who use
continuously or occasionally booms equipped with excavator buckets, loader shovels, snow

hydraulic boom, hedge trimmers, agricultural accessories with standard three-points

Projektet baserades på en idé om att
ILF K1000 KOMMUNAL skall vara en
extremt anppasningsbar maskin. Snabb av- och
påmontering av redskap gör det möjligt att
med ILF K1000, byta från en typ av arbete till
en helt annan, med en och samma maskin.
Detta innebär inte bara att det går snabbt och
enkelt att utföra olika arbeten, det blir också
mycket kostnadseffektivt. Valmöjliheterna är
många med ett brett utbud av tillbehör och
redskap. Specialtillverkad utrustning kan
tillverkas efter kundens önskemål.
At the base of the project of
ILF K1000 KOMMUNAL there’s the idea of
the extreme customization of the machine.
Moreover, the rapid hook and unhook of
the accessories allow a quick and new
configuration of the ILF S 1000, in order
to pass from a type of work to a completely
different one, by using the same machine, with
the advantages of remarkable costs reduction
and wide choice of available accessories,
adaptable equipment on demand or specifically
designed for satisfying the Customer requests.

KONSTRUERAD FÖR HÅRT ARBETE
ILF K1000 KOMMUNAL har utvecklats med
utgångspunkt från förarens arbetssituation.
Konceptet med en multi-redskapsmaskin
utrustad med ett automatiskt frontfäste, ger
föraren en fantastisk överblick av arbetsytan.
Motorn är placerad på maskinens bakre del,
vilket är avgörande för arbetskomforten. Ett
nytt dräneringssystem tillsammans med en
effektivt ljudisolerad förarhytt gör ILF K1000
extremt tyst även vid hård arbetsbelastning.
DESIGNED FOR HARD WORK
The ILF K1000 KOMMUNAL has been developed
around the operator’s work: in fact, starting from the
concept of a multi-tools machine provided with front
automatic hook, the operator can have an excellent
control on the working area. This
fact has determined the rear positioning of the
engine, which is fundamental for the comfort in
working and is equipped of a new drain system that
permits to have very low auditory pressure levels. This
system, associated with the efficient cabin
soundproofing, makes ILF K 1000 extremely silent,
even if subjected to continuous working load.

DUSTY AND DIRTY SITUATIONS
Kabinen är fullständigt isolerad och tätad med
flexibla tätningar på alla fasta och rörliga glasrutor
som är monterade på elastiska konsoler,
upphängda på stödpunkter. Tillsammans med
effektiv luftkonditionering gör detta maskinen
anpassad till arbete i damm och smuts många
timmar per dag. Föraren får en total komfort,
vilket är en av grunderna i ENERGREENS
filosofi. Förarhytten är försedd med
skyddsbågar som skyddar föraren mot fallande
föremål eller om maskinen slår runt och
uppfyller kraven enligt FOPS-ROPS.
The cabin completely sealed through flexible
gaskets fitted on all fixed and moving glasses and
installed on elastic brackets on support points, is
completely isolated and efficiently air conditioned
and makes the machine suitable for working in
dusty and noisy situations for many hours per day
giving to the operator complete comfort, which is at
the base of the ENERGREEN philosophy.
The cabin is homologated according FOPS-ROPS
regulations, which guaranties the protection against
overturning and objects fall.

The polyvalent nature of this machine emerges also
from the traction system of the four driving and
steering wheels, that can be chosen hydraulically
through a device placed inside the cabin according 3
different operative modalities:
• 2-hjulsstyrning fram, för maximal följsamhet
• 2 front steering wheels, for the maximum agility
vid körning på väg under transport.
• 4-hjulstyrning, halverar maskinens svängradie
användbart i tätbebyggelser och
trånga utrymmen.
• 4-hjuls parallellstyrning (kallas också
krabbstyrning), vilket är mycket användbart
vid användning av speciella redskap eller för
att styra undan från ett hinder.

ENKEL FRONTMONTERING AV REDSKAP Behovet av ett snabbkopplingssystem för redskap, som kan hanteras
av en enda person oavsett lokalisering, har inspirerat konstruktörerna till att ta fram kopplingssystemet till
ILF K1000 KOMMUNAL. Proceduren är väldigt enkel: placera redskapet på plats med hydrauliska krokenheten,
koppla all hydraulik med ett enda block...och nu är du redo att börja arbeta! Utformningen av
hydraulkopplingarna är också ny: ett enda block förebygger misstag att förväxla hydraulanslutningarna.

EASY FRONT FITTING OF THE ACCESSORIES The need of the accessories hook, that can be made by only one
operator in distant areas without the physical help of other people, has inspired the design of the exclusive
coupling system ENERGREEN ILF K1000 KOMMUNAL. The procedure is very easy: align the
machine with the accessory that must be installed, connect the equipment to the machine chassis, block the unit
through the hydraulic hook device, link all the hydraulic circuits with only a plate … and now you’re ready for the
maximum practicality! The interface of the hydraulic pipes coupling is also new: an only connection plate permits
to avoid to invert accidentally any hydraulic circuit thanks to the system of residual pressure drain in order to
make lighter the block/unblock.
