You will learn a lot about the operation of your houseboat in a brief
orientation with our crew. We recommend you appoint a first mate
and review the “how to” videos and operation manuals located on our
website, prior to your arrival at our marina. The more you know, the
more enjoyable your houseboat vacation will be.
Salmon Arm or Sicamous
Upon arriving at Twin Anchors, you will be greeted by our friendly staff,
who will direct you to parking and begin the check-in process.
At the registration office, necessary information will be provided to
the captain and co-captain helping to ensure a safe and enjoyable vacation.
When your boat is available, the hosts will arrange to have our
complimentary porter service transport your gear to your houseboat.
The captain and co-captain will receive an orientation on board your
houseboat, and before you know it, you will be on your way to
experience a legendary Twin Anchors adventure.

GO GREEN! The Cruiser is ideal for a family or couple wanting a
comfortable little houseboat to explore the lake with. Powered by a
90 h.p. outboard Mercury engine, this housboat also features solar
panels to assist in charging the cabin batteries. Outfitted with all the
basic amenities you need for a great Shuswap Lake adventure, the
galley features an 8 cu.ft. fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove and oven,
microwave and all the basic utensils required for cooking up some
fabulous meals. The stateroom has a comfortable queen bed and
storage areas, plus the dinette and sofa convert into 2 additional
double beds. Just in case you want to watch a movie, there is a flat
screen TV with DVD player.

cooking up some fabulous meals. The staterooms provide
comfortable beds and storage areas for your gear, while the
penthouse loft is a favourite sleeping area for the kids or those
young at heart.

The classic CruiseCraft II has everything you’ll need
to cruise the lake in comfort. On board you’ll find
3 staterooms, appliances including a dishwasher and
dryer plus forward and rear access to the bridge deck.
On the bridge deck a bimini top, deluxe wet bar, hot tub,
suntan/dance area and slide are included. The penthouse
loft is a great sleeping area for kids or those young at
heart. All of our CruiseCraft houseboats include a remote
fueling station at the rear so you may fill up your boats
and personal watercraft anywhere on the lake.

It features three deck levels for entertaining. On
the Texas Deck you will find a large custom hot

several great golf
courses with boat and
road access around the
Shuswap. Others that are
a short drive from the
marinas can make
arrangments for a
shuttle bus.
We provide houseboat trips to several
groups for their fundraising needs
such as the Children’s Wish Foundation,

Vacation Policies
The vacation year at Twin Anchors is broken up into
three seasons - Peak, Mid and Low. All are colour
coded on our 2012 calendars. Once you’ve decided
when you’d like to depart, book early to avoid
disappointment. We will hold a houseboat 10 days
without obligation.

The person making the reservation and the two
captains must be at least 19 years of age with valid
drivers’ licences.
deposit >>
All you require is a deposit of $500 to confirm your
reservation on a Cruiser, CruiseCraft I, II, III and IV
houseboats. The CruiseCraft V requires an initial
deposit of $1500. Your deposit is applied to the
charter fee and is required within 10 days after
making your reservation. You can pay your deposit
by credit card or you may mail a money order.
