Hyväksymällä sopimuksen myönnän lukeneeni ja ymmärtäneeni alla olevien ehtojen sisällön. Olen myös
tietoinen että Fitness24Sevenillä on oikeus purkaa jäsenyys sopimusehtojen rikkomisen johdosta.
Treenatessasi klo 22:00-8:00 välisenä aikana, huomioi
erityisesti naapurit ja kanssaihmiset keskuksen
lähiympäristössä. Käytä ”normaalia” keskusteluääntä, älä
pudota painoja tai voimaharjoittelulaitteita kovaäänisesti vaan
vie liike hallitusti loppuun. Ota naapurit huomioon lähtiessäsi
kuntokeskuksesta.
Hyväksyn sormenjälkeni rekisteröinnin. Sormenjälkeä
käytetään rekisteröintiin sisääntulon ja ulosmenon
yhteydessä. Olen tietoinen siitä, että kuntokeskuksessa on
ympäri vuorokautinen kameravalvonta ja annan hyväksyntäni
kameravalvonnalle. Mahdollisen rikosilmoituksen yhteydessä
valvontakameroiden nauhoitukset luovutetaan poliisille.
Tiloissa silloin tällöin kiertävä vartija tarkistaa jäsenkortit.
Minun tulee aina pitää jäsenkorttini mukanani liikkuessani
kuntokeskuksessa. En saa päästää muita henkilöitä sisään
kuntokeskukseen tai ulos siitä, sääntörikkomus johtaa
välittömään jäsenyyden keskeyttämiseen. Ongelma- tai
hätätilanteissa minun tulee soittaa päivystysnumeroon.
Minulle on kerrottu E-laskutuksesta sekä sen ehdoista,
ja hyväksyn ne. Hyväksyn myös, että jos tililläni ei ole
riittävästi katetta maksupäivänä tai jos en ole antanut
suoritettavaksi toimeksiantoa verkkopankissani riittävän
ajoissa, lähettää perintätoimisto muistutuskirjeen joka
sisältää muistutusmaksun ja lain mukaisen koron. Jos
muistutusmaksua ei suoriteta eräpäivään mennessä,
suljetaan jäsenkortti kunnes maksu on suoritettu ja velka
siirtyy perintään.
Ymmärrän että Fitness24Sevenin kuukausittain
maksettavassa jäsenyydessä on 2 kuukauden
irtisanomisaika. Sopimus on irtisanottava joko sähköpostitse
osoitteeseen [email protected] tai henkilökohtaisesti
vapaavalintaisessa kuntokeskuksessa. Minä jäsenenä
vastaan siitä että vastaanotan, ja pystyn tarvittaessa
esittämään, kuitin jäsenyyteni irtisanoutumisesta.

Fitness24Sevenin Oy:n jäsenehdot
§ 1. Jäsenyys
• F24S:in jäsenyys on henkilökohtainen.
• Jäsensopimuksen alaikäraja on 18 -vuotta.
• Kuntokeskuksissa harjoittelu ja siihen liittyvät menettelytavat soveltuvat kaikkiin seuraaviin
yrityksiin, Fitness24Seven Oy, Fitness24Seven AB, Fitness24Seven Lund AB, ja Fitness24Seven
AS.
§ 11. Hinnanmuutokset
Mahdollinen hinnan korotus jatkuvaan jäsenyyteen tulee tiedottaa kaksi kuukautta ennen
korotetun hinnan voimaan astumista. Jäsen joka irtisanoo jäsenyytensä hinnan korotuksen takia
on suojattu hinnan korotusta vastaan irtisanomisjakson aikana.
Valittavanasi on 2 erilaista jäsenyyttä
• Peruskortti – voit treenata kaikissa kuntokeskuksissa ympäri vuorokauden.
• Päiväkortti – voit treenata kaikissa kuntokeskuksissa maanantaista perjantaihin klo 6.00–
16.00 välisenä aikana. Päiväkortti ei toimi klo 16.00–6.00 välisenä aikana. Tänä aikana oven
voi avata ainoastaan vartija, mikäli vartijan apua tarvitaan, on jäsen velvollinen maksamaan
vartiointiyrityksen veloittamat kulut. Jos sopimuksessa sovitaan pyörätuoli-sisäänkäynnin
käytöstä, koskee sopimus ainoastaan toimipisteitä joissa on merkitty pyörätuoli-sisäänkäynti.
Sisäänpääsy näihin toimipisteisiin on vuorokauden ympäri.
§ 12. Henkilötiedot
F24S säilyttää henkilötiedot tietokannassa, joka noudattaa Henkilötietolain määräyksiä. Jäsen
hyväksyy sen, että F24S kerää ja säilyttää henkilötiedot, joita tarvitaan sopimuksen tekemiseen.
Jäsen hyväksyy sen, että jäsentietoja voidaan käyttää tuotteiden ja palveluiden markkinoimiseen.
Sormenjälkikontrollia käytetään kulunvalvonnassa vastaanoton ollessa suljettu. Sormenjälki on
tallennettu ainoastaan henkilökohtaiselle jäsenkortille. Kortilla olevaa sormenjälkeä verrataan
lukijan lukemaan sormenjälkeen. Kuntokeskuksessa on kameravalvonta turvallisuussyistä ja jäsen
on saanut tiedon tästä.
§ 2. Jäsenkortti ja yhteystiedot
Jäsenen tulee rekisteröidä jokainen käyntinsä vetämällä korttinsa kortinlukijan läpi. Jäsenellä
tulee olla kortti aina mukana ollessaan kuntokeskuksessa. Kortti tulee esittää mahdollisten
tarkistusten yhteydessä. Jos kortti katoaa tai menee rikki eikä sitä voi enää käyttää, ota yhteys
vastaanottoon. Vastaanottovirkailija tekee uuden kortin, josta peritään 9,90 € maksu. Jäsenen
tulee välittömästi ilmoittaa F24S:ille mahdollisista nimen, osoitteen, puhelinnumeron tai muiden
tietojen muutoksista.
§ 13. Henkilöllisyyden todistaminen
E-laskulla toimiva kuukausittain maksettava jäsenyys vaatii suomalaisen henkilötunnuksen,
suomalaisen pankkitilinumeron, sekä voimassa olevan suomalaisen henkilökortin. Etukäteen
maksettu vuoden jäsenyys vaatii voimassa olevan henkilökortin sekä suomalaisen työluvan,
suomalaisen oleskeluluvan, tai todisteen anotusta turvapaikasta Suomesta.
§ 3. Maksu
Sovittu hinta edellyttää, että maksut suoritetaan sopimuksen mukaan. Jäsen on henkilökohtaisesti
vastuussa maksuista F24S:ille. Tämä koskee myös tapauksia, joissa toinen henkilö on merkitty
maksajaksi. Myös maksajan tulee olla F24S:in jäsen.
• §§ 14-16 koskee ainoastaan jäseniä, jotka tekevät sopimuksen F24S:n kotisivulla.
• Nettikaupassa noudatetaan etäkauppalakia.
• Netissä tehty sopimus on henkilökohtainen, sillä vain jäsen voi tehdä sopimuksen kotisivulla.
• Jäsen hyväksyy sopimusehdot kotisivulla.
Vuosisopimus
§ 14. Peruuttamisoikeus
Jäsenellä on oikeus perua 14 päivän sisällä ostamansa jäsenyyden ilmoittamalla asiasta F24S:lle.
Jäsenyys irtisanotaan ja jäsenelle palautetaan hänen maksamansa summa. Peruuttamisoikeus
on voimassa jos jäsenkorttia ei ole lunastettu F24S kuntokeskuksesta. Jäsenet voivat
perua ostoksensa lähettämällä sähköpostia pääkonttoriin ([email protected]), kaikissa
kuntokeskuksissamme, tai lähettämällä kirjallisen irtisanomisen pääkonttoriin (Fitness24Seven Oy,
P.B, 71 00501, Helsinki).
Tehdessäsi vuosisopimuksen, maksetaan palvelumaksu kokonaisuudessaan sopimuksen
allekirjoittamisen yhteydessä.
E-lasku
Toistaiseksi voimassa olevaa sopimusta tehdessä maksetaan palvelumaksut sekä ensimmäinen
kuukausimaksu, jatkossa jäsen suorittaa maksunsa e-laskulla verkkopankissaan. Sopimuksen
ollessa voimassa toistaiseksi, jäsenen tulee irtisanoa sopimuksensa sopimusehtojen mukaisesti,
kohta §5.
E-laskun rekisteröinti
Solmittuaan kuukausittaisen e-laskutussopimuksen, on jäsen velvollinen rekisteröimään e-laskun
käyttöönoton, maksun saajana F24S. Ota huomioon, että asiakkaan sopimus maksun saajan
kanssa ei pääty vaikka asiakas irtisanoo sopimuksensa pankin kanssa. Jokaisen asiakkaan
tulee ottaa selvää pankkikohtaisista E-laskun käyttöönotto-ohjeista ja tutustua pankin yleisiin
E-laskutuspalvelun ehtoihin.
Sopimus E-laskulla
Maksu suoritetaan joka kuukausi aina kuukauden 29:nä päivänä, jolloin maksetaan etukäteen
seuraavan kuukauden jäsenyydestä. Jäsen sitoutuu hyväksymään verkkopankissan kuukausittain
maksettavan E-laskun viimeistään eräpäivää edeltävänä pankkipäivänä. Vain yksityishenkilöt
hyväksytään e-laskun maksajaksi. Yritystilejä ei hyväksytä. Jos maksua ei pysty suorittamaan
e-laskun varsinaisessa maksupäivänä, vaatii F24S jäsentä suorittamaan maksun heti, kuitenkin
viimeistään kymmenen päivän sisällä jäsenyyden jäädytyksen uhalla kunnes koko maksu
on suoritettu. Jäsenen myöhästyneen laskun siirtyessä perintään, F24S ei ole velvollinen
vastaanottamaan maksua kyseisestä laskusta. Perintään siirtyneet laskut tulee aina maksaa
perintätoimistolle, OK-perintä Oy. Jäsenen maksaessa F24S:lle tilisiirron kautta, siirretään
maksettu summa tuleviin laskuihin erääntyneen laskun sijasta, tai palautetaan asiakkaan tilille.
F24S pitää oikeuden veloittaa korkoa, hallintomaksuja, muistutusmaksuja, ja perintämaksuja
myöhästyneen tai ei suoritetun maksun takia. Jos jäsenyys jäädytetään siitä syystä ettei
maksua ole suoritettu, ei se tarkoita sitä että myös harjoitteluaika olisi jäädytetty, vaan se jatkuu
normaalisti.
Toistaiseksi voimassa olevan sopimuksen hinnan muutos
Suoraveloituksella maksettava kampanjahintainen sopimus muuttuu 12 kuukauden jälkeen
kulloinkin voimassa olevaksi normaalihintaiseksi sopimukseksi.
§ 4. Sopimusaika
E-laskulla maksaminen ei edellytä sitoutumista F24S:n jäsenyyteen. Irtisanomisaika on
2 kuukautta siitä päivästä lähtien, kun F24S on vastaanottanut kirjallisen irtisanomisen.
Vuosisopimuksen sopimusaika on 12 kuukautta ja sopimus loppuu automaattisesti sopimusajan
päätyttyä.
§ 5. Jäsenyyden jäädyttäminen, siirtäminen ja irtisanominen
Jäsenyyden jäädyttäminen on mahdollista pidemmän ajan sairastumistapauksissa, ja raskauden
aikana. Jotta jäädyttäminen olisi mahdollista on jäsenen toimitettava F24S:lle lääkärintodistus.
Jäsenyys voidaan jäädyttää vähintään kolmeksi kuukaudeksi, maksimissaan kahdeksitoista
kuukaudeksi per sopimusjakso. Jäädyttämisaikajakson jälkeen jäsenyys aktivoituu heti uudestaan
automaattisesti. Jäsenyyden jäädyttäminen ei ole mahdollista jälkikäteen. Jäsenyys voidaan
siirtää toiselle henkilölle vain kerran, eli kerran siirrettyä jäsenyyttä ei voi siirtää eteenpäin.
Jäsenyyttään siirtäessä maksaa siirtävä jäsen 30 euroa F24S:lle. Jäsen joka vastaanottaa
siirretyn jäsenyyden maksaa 10 euron palvelumaksun ja hyväksyy jäsenyyden ehdot kirjallisena,
jotka F24S puolestaan myös hyväksyy. Jos jäsen joka vastaanottaa siirretyn jäsenyyden on uusi
jäsen, tai on ollut jäsen aikaisemmin, mutta hänen jäsenkortti ei ole enää käytettävissä, maksaa
hän myös 9,90 euroa jäsenkortista. Kuukausittain maksettava jatkuva jäsenyys, avajaistarjous,
tai kampanjatarjous, ei voida siirtää toiselle henkilölle. Jäsenyyden irtisanominen voi tehdä
sähköpostitse pääkonttoriin käyttäen sähköpostiosoitetta [email protected], tai kaikissa F24S
kuntokeskuksissa, sekä myös lähettämällä kirjallisen irtisanomisen pääkonttoriin (Fitness24Seven
Oy, P.B. 71, 00501 Helsinki). Jäsenyyden irtisanominen on aina sitova ja sitä ei voi perua. F24S
voi irtisanoa jäsenyyden ilman varoitusaikaa jos jäsen rikkoo tässä sopimuksessa määriteltyjä
sopimusehtoja. Jäsenen vastuu on voimassa koko irtisanomisjakson ajan.
§ 6 Terveydentila
Jäsen on vastuussa siitä, että hänen terveydentilansa sallii F24S:in aktiviteetteihin osallistumisen
ilman riskiä.
§ 7. Viihtyvyyssäännöt ja treeniohjeet
Tilat on tarkoitettu yksinomaan treenaamiseen liittyvään toimintaan ja jäsenet voivat käyttää tiloja
vain treenaamiseen. Jäsen ei saa esim. nukkua tai viettää aikaa kuntokeskuksessa. Jäsenen
tulee noudattaa viihtyvyyssääntöjä ja treenitavoista annettuja ohjeita sekä laitteiden kirjallisia tai
suullisia käyttöohjeita. Jäsen ei saa käyttäytymisellään häiritä muita jäseniä tai henkilökuntaa.
Jos jäsen käyttäytyy häiritsevästi tai ei noudata viihtyvyyssääntöjä ja ohjeita, on F24S:illa oikeus
rajoittaa aikaa, jonka jäsen voi oleskella kuntokeskuksessa, kuntokeskuksen käyttöä tai katkaista
jäsenyyden täysin. Jäsenyyden katkaisemiseen sovelletaan 2 kuukauden irtisanomisaikaa,
jäsen on maksuvelvollinen irtisanomisajasta. F24S pidättää oikeuden purkaa sopimuksen ilman
päätökseen johtaneiden syiden ilmoittamista.
§ 8. Vieras
Jäsen saa tuoda yhden vieraan vuodessa ilmaiselle tutustumiskäynnille vastaanoton
aukioloaikoina.
§ 9. Doping
F24S pidättää itsellään oikeuden keskeyttää jäsenyyden § 5 mukaisesti, mikäli jäsentä epäillään
ei-sallittujen valmisteiden käytöstä. Jäsenellä on 1 kuukausi aikaa toimittaa lääkärintodistus
negatiivisesta testistä. Testi tulee tehdä viimeistään 24 tunnin kuluttua F24S:n ilmoitettua jäsenelle
häneen kohdistuneesta epäilystä.

§ 10. Vastuu tapaturmista ja arvotavarat
F24S ei ole vastuussa jäsenen loukkaantumisesta, omaisuuden vahingosta, tai jäsenen
menetetyistä omaisuuksista jos vahinko tai menetys ei ole aiheutunut F24S:n vakavasta
huolimattomuudesta.
Nettikauppaa koskevat lisäykset
§ 15. Maksaminen
Sopimusta koskeva palvelumaksu maksetaan kotisivulla olevien ohjeiden mukaan. Tehdessään
E-laskusopimuksen, jäsen sitoutuu välittömästi ilmoittamaan F24S:n maksun vastaanottajaksi
nettipankissaan.
§ 16. Toimitusehdot
Sopimus on voimassa ostopäivästä lähtien , ei kortin noutamispäivästä lähtien. Jäsenkortti on
noudettavissa tervetuloamailissa mainitusta kuntokeskuksesta vastaanoton aukioloaikana.
Tervetuloamaili lähetetään oston yhteydessä ilmoitettuun sähköpostiosoitteeseen.
E-lasku
• §§ 17-20 koskee vain jäseniä, jotka käyttävät E-laskua. E-laskulla maksaminen on yksinkertaista.
Asiakas saa maksettavan laskun tiedot suoraan nettipankkiinsa, asiakas tarkistaa ja vahvistaa
laskun ja maksu on suoritettu. Jos valitset automaattisen maksuvaihtoehdon E-laskullesi,
hoidetaan laskut kuten suoraveloituslaskut. Automaattiseen maksuvaihtoehtoon voi lisätä
maksettavien laskujen maksimisumman.
§ 17. E-laskusopimus
Allekirjoittanut (”maksaja”) hyväksyy maksamisen E-laskulla. Asiakas ilmoittaa vastaanottajalle
E-laskuosoitteen, jolla identifioidaan pankit ja asiakkaat. Tämän osoitteen asiakas saa liityttyään
pankin e-laskupalvelu nettipankkinsa kautta.
§ 18. E-laskun vastaanottaminen
Asiakas ja lähettäjä tekevät kahdenkeskisen sopimuksen E-laskujen vastaanottamisesta. Asiakas
ilmoittaa lähettäjälle E-laskutunnuksensa laskutusta varten. Asiakas hyväksyy, että E-lasku
toimitetaan hänelle, kun lasku on saatavissa asiakkaan nettipankissa. Lähettäjällä tai pankilla
ei ole velvollisuutta toimittaa E-laskua missään muussa muodossa. Asiakas vastaa E-laskun
käsittelystä. Lähettäjä vastaa laskun sisällön oikeellisuudesta ja laskun aiheellisuudesta.
§ 19. E-laskun maksaminen
E-laskun maksaminen edellyttää, että asiakas antaa maksusta toimeksiannon pankilleen eli
hyväksyy laskun nettipankissaan. Maksut, jotka perustuvat E-laskuihin käsitellään kuin tilisiirrot.
Pankki ei ole velvollinen ilman toimeksiantoa huolehtimaan E-laskun maksamisesta. Asiakas voi
antaa pankille toimeksiannon automaattisesta E-laskun maksamisesta asiakkaan tililtä laskun
tietojen mukaisesti. Jos eräpäivä ei ole pankkipäivä, veloitetaan maksu seuraavana pankkipäivänä.
Pankki ilmoittaa asiakkaalle nettipankin kautta, jos tililtä puuttuu katetta tai maksua ei voida
suorittaa muusta syystä.
§ 20. Voimassaoloaika ja irtisanominen
Sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Pankilla on oikeus irtisanoa sopimus 2 kuukauden
varoitusajalla ilmoittamalla irtisanomisesta kirjallisesti asiakkaalle tai ilmoittamalla nettipankin
kautta. Asiakkaalla on oikeus irtisanoa sopimus joko kirjallisesti tai käyttämällä palvelun
irtisanomistoimintoa. Irtisanomisesta huolimatta on sopimus voimassa kunnes pankki on ehtinyt
lopettaa palvelun kohtuullisessa ajassa. Ota huomioon, että asiakkaan sopimus laskuttajan
kanssa ei pääty vaikka asiakas irtisanoo sopimuksensa pankin kanssa.
Jokaisen asiakkaan tulee tutustua oman pankkinsa yleisiin E-laskutuspalvelun ehtoihin.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP in Fitness24Seven oy
§ 1.Membership
• Membership in F24S is personal.
• The minimum age for signing a membership agreement is 18 years of age.
• Training and conduct applies to all companies Fitness24Seven Oy, Fitness24Seven AB,
Fitness24Seven-Lund AB and Fitness24Seven AS.
There are two different forms of membership.
• Ordinary – access to all sites all day round.
• Daytime – access to all sites Monday to Friday between 6 am and 4 pm.
Cards for daytime members cannot be used between 4 pm – 6 am. During this time, doors can
only be opened by security companies to which the member must pay for the security company’s
opening cost. If signing up for a subscription which gives access through our disability entrances,
access will only be valid on those facilities that have a specific disability entrance. Access to these
facilities is all day around.
§ 2. Membership card and contact information
When visiting the site, members must register themselves on every occasion by swiping their
membership card. Members are obliged to carry their membership card at all times during
visits to the site, even while training; this is so it can be presented during the checks that are
regularly carried out. If the membership card is lost or damaged so it cannot be used, this must
be immediately reported to reception, which will then issue a new membership card in return
for a payment of 9.90 €. Members are obliged to inform F24S immediately of changes of name,
address, telephone number or other details provided.
§ 3. Payment
The agreed prices are valid on the condition that payment is made in the agreed manner.
Members are liable personally for payment to F24S. This also applies if someone else is given as
responsible for payment when entering into the membership agreement. Another payer must be
an active member in F24S.
Full year’s payment
When signing up for a full year’s paid agreement, the starting fee is paid in its entirety when
entering into the membership agreement.
E-invoice payment
When signing up for a continuous subscription paid by monthly fee the start-up fee and first
months fee is paid at the signing. Member then pay the training fee every month through
e-invoice. This subscription is continuous which mean that the member has to actively end the
subscription to F24S following the instructions under paragraph 5
Notification of E-invoice
When entering into an agreement with monthly payments via e-invoice, it is the member’s duty on
entering into the agreement to report payment via e-invoice promptly via their Internet bank, with
F24S as the payee. Note that the customer’s agreement with respect to the payee does not end
when the customer cancels his or her agreement with the bank. Each customer must consult his
or her own bank’s instructions for reporting E-invoicing and general terms and conditions for the
e-invoicing service.
Payment via E-invoice
Payment must be made in advance monthly on the 29th, and this is for payment for the next
calendar month. Members undertake to confirm the e-invoice monthly by no later than the
banking day preceding the 29th. Only private individuals are accepted as payers via e-invoice.
Corporate accounts are not accepted. If the payment via e-invoice cannot be executed on the
actual invoicing day, F24S will demand the member to pay the monthly fee immediately and no
later than within 10 days under threat of suspension until full payment has been made. When a
members debt is forwarded to Debt Collection F24S will not accept payment from member for this
specific debt. Payments for collection debts shall always be made directly to the Debt Collection
company, OK Perintä Oy. If member pay collection debts to F24S we will book those payments
on debts not yet forwarded to debt collection, on forthcoming payments or repay the amount to
the members account. F24S reserves the right to charge interest as per statute, administrative
fees, reminder fees and debt collection costs in the case of late or non-payment. If a member is
suspended because payment has not been made, this does not mean that the training time is
frozen, rather it runs as normal and is thus used up.
Price adjustment under the current contracts
§ 10. Liability for accidents and property
F24S is not responsible for personal injury, property damage or loss of any member´s possessions
unless the damage or loss is caused with severe negligence by F24S.
§ 11. Price changes
An increase of price on continuing agreements shall be notified two months before the increase
takes effect. Member who cancels his contract because of a price increase is protected against
price change during the notice period.
§ 12. Personal Details
By means of automatic data processing, F24S stores personal details in a database complying
with the provisions in the Personal Data Act. Members consent to F24S collecting and processing
the personal details that are necessary for fulfilling this agreement. Members also give their
consent for the personal details provided being used for the marketing of various goods and
services. Entry when the site is not staffed takes place by means of fingerprint control. These
details are stored solely on each individual membership card and it is these details that are
compared with those read during entry. Members have been informed that the entry and the site
are under camera surveillance for safety reasons.
§ 13. Identification
For a monthly paid subscription with E-invoice agreement a Finnish personal identity number,
Finnish private account number and valid Finnish ID card are required. Full year’s paid agreements
require a valid ID card together with a Finnish work permit, residence permit or proof of application
for asylum.
Additional paragraph on purchases via Internet
• §§ 14-16 only apply when members enter into a membership agreement via F24S’s website.
• For purchases via the Internet, the Act on Distance Contracts is applicable.
• Purchases via Internet are personal in the meaning that it is only the individual who will become
a member who can enter into the agreement via the website.
• Members have accepted via the website that the terms and conditions in this agreement apply
for membership.
§ 14. Right of withdrawal
Members have the right within 14 days of the purchase to regret their purchase by notifying F24S.
Member’s membership is then terminated and he will get back the paid amount. The right applies
provided that the membership card has not been collected at the site. Members may cancel their
purchase via e-mail to the head office ([email protected]), at any of our sites or by regular mail to
the head office (Fitness24Seven Oy, P.B. 71, 00 501 Helsinki).

§ 8. Guests

§ 9. Doping
F24S reserves the right, in the case of suspected use of illegal preparations, to terminate
membership according to the last part of §5, if a member cannot within 1 month time show a
negative test result issued by a doctor, where the test must have been issued no later than 24
hours after F24s notified the member of the suspicion.
