types. Mr. Pulaski has served as design principle on many private and
public projects, including the Master Plan for Blenheim Farms in San
Juan Capistrano.
Robert Jolicoeur
Equine Course Designer
Founded in 1981 by Robert Jolicoeur, International Equestrian Design
(IED) is a landscape architecture firm specializing in the design and
planning of state-of-the-art equestrian sites and theme parks. IED’s
worldwide list of projects includes horse parks, training centers,
racetracks, recreation based communities and the equestrian venue for
the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games

Bill Fodor Sr. Construction Manager
Mr. Fodor came out of retirement to become a founding member of
what is today known as FCP Barns and Building. He has over 18 years
of barn building experience with projects including the Empire Polo
Grounds in Indio and Blenheim Farms/Oaks Blenheim Show Grounds
in San Juan Capistrano.
Psomas Design Studio Design Construction
Richard Russell spearheads the Design Studio with four decades of
experience in land use development across the United States and in
Europe. Design Studio staff are currently creating master plans for
large-scale communities that range from master-planned mixed-use
communities, commercial developments and business parks to sports
facilities, parks and resorts.
Michael Brandman Associates Environmental Services
MBA has provided hundreds of public agencies and private clients with
environmental, natural, and cultural resource management services.
Joan Valle is the project manager for the interdisciplinary team that will
guide this project through compliance with the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA).
