Jinky’s cafe was established in 1992 in Sherman Oaks,
California. The restaurant is a family owned business
that is dedicated to personalized service, reasonable
prices, and superior quality cuisine. The menu is a
delightful fusion of American, Southwestern, and
international flavors.
Jinky’s is not just about bacon and eggs. The gourmet
cuisine is always taken beyond expectations by its
quality of food and generous portions. The creative
variety on the menu makes each visit a pleasant
surprise.
Jinky’s ambience, service, and the food make Jinky’s
very popular with families, business executives, and
celebrities.
All our locations have patio seating and a full coffee

Baja Fresca* (6) Enjoy the taste of malted barley from Mexican beer with a touch
of cinnamon in this beef and beer chili. If you are a beer lover, get ready for the
distinctive warmth and character of Baja Fresca.
Boston Turkey (5) Lean ground turkey with chili beans is simmered slowly into this
amazing tomato-free chili broth. Very simple but, amazingly mild chili with the omnipresent sweetness of this bright-rid chili pepper puree.
Chili Verde* (3) Fragrant green tomatillos take the place of sweeter red tomatoes
in this garlic infused chili. Doused with Northern white beans and chicken, this
cutting-edge chili is brilliant.
Colorado Beef (3) If beef is what you are craving but, your tongue doesn’t want the

Devilo (10+) Hello Hell! Six of the world’s hottest peppers wet this beef chili on

East Indian Chicken (7) Curry lover’s his chili is for you. Lean ground chicken soaked
in a tomato, curry sauce just takes you to a little piece of heaven with every bite!

El Paso (5) This is the classic Texas-style, down-home beef chili you crave on a cold,
rainy day. Lean bacon is simmered into this amazing blend of three rich, red chilies,
accented with black pepper, yummy roasted cumin, and rich beef stock. Even if it’s

Garlic Lover’s (7) Vampire’s beware! Extra lean ground beef is simmered in a

Mama Sara’s Midwestern Chili* (3) This tummy warning, taste bud charming chili
is stuffed with white navy beans and chicken chunks. This is a family recipe passed
down from generations that reminds of home.
Mexicali* (5) If you jest Have to Have beans in your chili, or it just isn’t true chili,
then this one is for you! Lean ground beef in a rich beef stock with baby pinto and
tender black beans complete this heavenly chili. This is our own, yummy rendition
of the classic beef and bean chili.
Oaxaca (7) This is an intense, spicy beef chili that has been infused with smoked
Chipotle peppers. It’s been accented with beef chorizo and tender maize. Every
bite of this hot and piquant chili takes you a bit closer to your comfort zone
Roasted Garlic Chicken (6) This garlic infused chicken chili brings you to a new
high! Warm green chilies and roasted spices tell your tummy, “yummy”.
Pasilla Turkey (4) Turkey chili never had is so good. Artistic blending of mild
poblano and pasilla peppers enriches the character of this healthy, wholesome chili

Southwestern Pork (6) Ultra-lean cubed pork is the star in this eclectic

Spicy Mango Chicken (8) The world’s hottest pepper, the Habanera Chili, takes

Veggie Fiesta* (2) Five varieties of beans with lack olives, green chilies, roasted
