reservation for WETS-2015.
Friday and Saturday, September
25 – 26 we open up our doors for
suppliers and customers. We will
once again turn the warehouse into a
fairground.
WETS is a well organised fair that
gets bigger every year. It has become
the most natural place of meeting for
all our customers.
Watski Premium Dealers (WPD)
from Sweden, Norway, Denmark
and ­Germany are invited and we are
counting on having at least 70 of our
suppliers in our stands to show us
new and useful products.
During the fair there will also be
stands where the customers can
get information about the coming
advertising, how to get their stores
most selling and information about
our website and Ship to store.
WETS is one of the largest retailer
fair in the business in Scandinavia.
It’s an opportunity för our
retailers to make their purchases
and for our suppliers to show their
­products. During the fair you will
get free lunch and you are ­invited
to a grand party on ­Saturday
evening.

Moving in and
suppliers conference
Thursday, starting at 12:00, the doors open for the exhibitors to
start moving in. There will be 4 hours of available time to arrange
the stands. If you should need to start earlier please let us know
ahead, to make necessary arrangements.
Please note that there will be no lunch served for the exhibitors
on Thursday, to keep the day totally open, and for everyone to
arrive when suitable.
Don’t miss this opportunity to talk to
the retailers, both from
Scandinavian and Germany. The
possibility to inform, show and
demonstrate your ­products is unique.

Sunday morning at 9:00 Watski staff will be present in the
warehouse to assist those exhibitors who might need some extra
hours to move out. The warehouse closes at 13:00.
Also this year, on Saturday, we give you one hour after closing
the show to pack.
We will repeat last year’s
success with the customers
placing the orders with ”special
price” directly in your stand!
We believe this will be an experience to brag about
afterwards. This years party will take place in newly built:
Malmo Live. In the center of Malmo, near the Central
station, a large modern konferencecenter is currently being
built. There are hotels, concert halls and convention facility,
all in a very modern style.

We will need your registration the
12th of June, at the latest.
Entertainers at the party will be the world’s fastest Allsång®!
This is a concept that has existed since 2009 and been a
great success ever since. World’s Fastest Allsång® is a fun,
musical and crazy mix of singing, after ski, karaoke and a
concert that strikes straight to the heart. The leader is Ola
Selmén.

of a stand and ­accommodation,

Think through the stand in advance so you have complete sales and marketing material.
Create an interest in the product by presenting it in a commercial way
Have an inviting and attractive booth. Preferably with some form of interactivity or ”hands on”.
Have updated brochures / give-aways.
Have some form of competition or something that generates interest.
Have an attractive exhibition offer. Be present and conduct an active sales work.
