order to harmonise the reporting of Member States on depopulation operations, the
Commission will propose a template that will simplify the collection of data and help to
consolidate them. This template could be then used through a future web application.

Forslaget drejer sig om en simplificering af certifikaterne for eksport af kvæg og svin. For kvæg skal
der kun anføres ID nummer og ved midlertidigt pas (unge kalve <4 uger) skal pasnummeret
angives, mens det er frivilligt om permanente pas registreres.
For svin skal det officielle identifikationsnummer og alder på dyrene angives.

påvisning af afrikansk svinepest.

databaser, der benyttes som støtteværktøjer indenfor DG SANTE fx RASSF, Pesticid database,

Implementing Decision on the adoption of the work programme for the year 2016 for the
implementation of survey programmes for pests. (LvdH, AK) This decision aims to define
the work programme for the year 2016 for the implementation of survey programmes for
pests.
Forslaget drejer sig om godkendelse af den finansielle side for implementering af
overvågningsprogrammer indenfor plantesundhedsområdet. Der var foretaget mindre primært
sproglige justeringer i annexet. Det er i punkt 3.c. pointeret, at kartoffelsygdomme har høj
prioritet.

Exchange of views and possible opinion of the Committee on a draft Commission
Implementing Decision implementing Directive 2006/88/EC as regards requirements for
surveillance and diagnostic methods (KR) Document SANCO/6084/2009 Rev.2 was
presented to the Committee for discussion at the meeting 5 March 2015. Following the
discussion at the meeting, the Commission has amended the draft taking into
consideration the received comments and suggestions for change of the wording from
the Member States.
Forslaget drejer sig om godkendelse af den diagnostiske manual for akvatiske organismer.

2016-2017 for the implementation of veterinary programmes for animal diseases and

implemented in 2016 and 2017, the available EU budget to co-finance those programmes
and the eligible measures.
Forslaget drejer sig om at formel godkendelse af kravene, der stilles til de flerårige
bekæmpelsesprogrammer for dyresygdomme og zoonoser.

animal health control measures relating to African swine fever in certain Member States
(FB) Update of ASF regionalisation following the evolution in the epidemiological
situation in Poland.
Forslaget drejer sig om en modifikation af den eksisterende regionalisering i forbindelse med
udbrud af afrikansk svinepest i Polen og i Estland. For Polens vedkommende drejer det sig om at
udvide part II området til området syd for det allerede eksisterende part III område. For Estlands
side drejer det sig om et fund i et nyt område der var beliggende indenfor Part I området. Området
lægges derfor ind under Part II.

Punkt C.01 behandles sammen med dette punkt da begge forslag drejer sig om regionalisering af
Canada i forbindelse med udbrud af højpatogen aviær influenza H5N2. Grundet nye udbrud i
Ontario, introduceres en regionalisering i denne stat. De første udbrud i British Columbia opstod i
december, og der er i Annex 1 i forordning nr. 798/2008 indført en ophørsdato for
regionaliseringen i dette område.

Implementing Decision amending Decision 2009/821/EC as regards the lists of border
inspection posts and veterinary units in TRACES. (PL/BS) Commission Decision
2009/821/EC of 28 September 2009 drawing up a list of approved border inspection
posts, laying down certain rules on the inspections carried out by Commission veterinary
experts and laying down the veterinary units in TRACES lays down a list of border

inspection posts (BIPs) approved in accordance with Directives 91/496/EEC and 97/78/EC
and a the list of central units, regional units and local units in the integrated
computerised veterinary system (Traces). There are changes to the approvals of several
BIPs in Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Spain and the United Kingdom and
certain changes to the list of local Traces units in Italy.
Forslaget drejer sig om en opdatering af listen over grænsekontrolsteder og veterinære enheder
der ligger i TRACES. Den seneste ændring vedrørende Ålborg 1 (Greenland Port) var kommet med i
dokumentet.

Implementing Regulation amending Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 206/2010 laying down
lists of third countries, territories or parts thereof authorised for the introduction into
the European Union of certain animals and fresh meat and the veterinary certification
requirements as regards Bangladesh. (HMH/PB)
Forslaget drejer sig om at tillade import af to elefanter fra en zoo i Bangladesh til en zoo på
Cypern. Der gives en formel tilladelse til denne specifikke import.

Exchange of views of the Committee on a draft Commission Implementing Regulation
amending Regulation (EU) no 142/2011 as regards alternative requirements for the
importation into and transit through the Union of colostrum and colostrum products.
(MK) This text concerns a derogation for import of bovine colostrum for feeding of
farmed animals. Current requirements for the import of colostrum based on the officially
free status of EBL in the third countries or regions thereof wishing to export to the EU. As
an alternative, it is now proposed to establish also rules allowing import into the EU of
colostrum that has been subjected to double testing for EBL, with negative results.
Forslaget drejer sig om godkendelse af alternative metoder til brug ved import af colostrum, hvor
der for indeværende er krav om frihed for enzootisk bovin leukose (EBL). Den nye metode er at
colostrum skal pasteuriseres og derefter testes for tilstedeværelse af antistoffer mod EBL.

transit of single consignments of less than 20 units of poultry other than ratites, hatching

Forslaget drejer sig om at lette kravene vedrørende præ-import-tests til import af forsendelser på
mindre end 20 dyr.

USA har løbende fremsendt statusdokumentation over udbruddene af højpatogen aviær influenza,
der for indeværende cirkulerer i det vestlige USA, og grundet udviklingen justeres Annex 1 i
forordning nr. 798/2008 med nye regionaliseringer og indsættelse af datoer for ophør af
restriktionerne.
