Combined softening and reverse osmosis system
Softening and reverse osmosis system integrated in one cabinet
Benefits:
Reliable and maintenance-friendly
This system is the perfect solution for autoclaves,
steam generators, dairies, hospitals, car washes, where
a low conductivity (< 20 µS/cm) is required and where
space is limited.
Features:
 Simple reverse osmosis system, incl. softening

The system’s size makes it easy to position when
space is limited

Built-in control - no additional electronics required

Direct reading of permeate flow during operation

Manometer for reading the pressure

The system will automatically stop if there is no
supply pressure

Alarm output

Water quality with a conductivity of < 20 µS/cm

All combined into one cabinet

High performance due to the built-in softening of raw
water

Can have a conductivity meter fitted

The combination with a mixed-bed system can
provide an even lower conductivity (< 0.5 µS/cm)

Installation kit for quick and easy connection

Equipped with wheels - easy to position when space
is limited

Integrated reservoir and transport pump

Option with the possibility of frequency-controlled
pump
The flexible design allows for expansion with:
 Conductivity meter with alarm function – giving
the system the best possible protection

Integrated mixing valve for adjusting the
conductivity - the possibility to supply water
quality according to special needs

Mix-bed system as a further treatment - providing
even lower conductivity (< 0.5 μS/cm)

Installation kit - quick and simple connection

 Robust design - less maintenance
 Withstands multiple starts and stops – longer
service life of the pump
 Larger flow (4 m 3 at 3 bar)
 Larger hydrophore - gross 11 litres (only with CM
pump)
 Frequency-control - allows for adjustment of the

 Pressure transmitter with log function (only with the
CME pump)
