for regular dental care (e.g., checkups, fillings)
To be eligible, a kid 17 or under must:
• Be a member of a household that meets the
income eligibility requirements as indicated at
www.health.gov.on.ca/en/public/programs/
dental/hso_eligible.aspx
• Not have dental coverage

• Be identified as having an urgent dental
condition by health unit staff
• Not have dental coverage
• Have parents declare that paying for
dental care would be a financial hardship
