The Terry Fox Foundation is looking for retirement
homes and senior residences to host their very own
Silver Foxes event.
We would be thrilled to have your establishment help
raise money for cancer research as part of the 35th
annual Terry Fox Run.
You might also consider these fundraising ideas:
• Organize a short walk or stroll around your
facility or your neighborhood
• Organize a by donation BBQ or cook-off
• Host a tea or luncheon, and collect donations
• Host a Terry Fox movie night! Invite friends and
family and watch your favourite movie introduced
by a Terry Fox Short
• Plan a bake sale, plant sale, book sale or
garage sale
• Organize a Great Canadian Hair “Do” event.
Shave, wax or dye your hair to show your
support
Plan your event during the Terry Fox Run on
Sunday, September 20th or choose a day that works
best for you.
