Industrial Supplies Vallcal, S. L. is a company devoted to the sale
of machine tools, new and used (repaired or reconstructed), kits
and tools for them. It was founded 21 years ago by a team of
professionals with over 30 years of experience.

The companies we represent oblige us, once we know the needs of
the client, to advise him on the right equipment to purchase, so as
to obtain the best use and performance from the machine tool set.
From among the customers who have purchased equipment from
the companies we represent are weapons, car components, wind
turbine, aircraft components, railway equipment, dies, plastic and
rubber moulds manufacturers, etc.
About second hand machine tools, we would like to point out that
our workshops carry out repairs and reconstruction to all types of
machine tools, offering services to its technological adaptation and
to expand the functions of the equipment, incorporating new
mechanical, electrical and electronic components, in order to adapt
them to new technologies and improve its competitiveness in
relation to new equipment (adaptation to the E C. regulations;
installation, replacement or improvement of CNC;
work capacity, etc.).

These repairs and reconstruction works involve disassembly,
extraction, repair or replacement of the components and functional
equipment, both mechanical, electrical and electronic, which, due
to their deterioration throughout the years, need repairing or
replacement.
The machine tools which are repaired or rebuilt in our workshops
are guaranteed, both labour and materials. We have a Technical
Department to install, bring into operation and repair in situ, both
new machines from our represented manufacturers and the repaired
or reconstructed ones, ensuring our arrival at the customer.
As you know, all tools machines require for its proper working, a
preventive maintenance at least once a year (not exceed 1,800
hours).
We are able to offer
a personalized service for each of your
machines. It consists mainly of reviewing the levelling machine, its
geometry state as well as checking the protections and vital organs,
by proposing, where appropriate, the corresponding corrective
actions in order, if possible, to avoid significant high cost
breakdowns.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PROTECTION MEASURES TO WORK
EQUIPMENTS
With reference to the supply and installation of protective measures into work
equipments, we inform you that since the Royal Decree 1215/97 has taken effect,
Industrial Supplies Valcall S. L. has been adapting machine tools to conform to the
rules in force, installing the safeguards and protection devices (with CE mark)
applicable to each machine.
As you know, the work equipments that, on the date of coming into force of the
aforementioned Royal, were available for workers or at workplace, should accomplish
the minimum security requirements established in paragraph 1, annex 1 of that Decree.
Once the installation of the aforementioned items is finished,
the corresponding
"Certificate of Adequacy of Work Equipments, according to the minimum security
requirements depicted in annex 1 of the R.D. 1215/97 must be obtained for each
machine and through a company authorised by the Administration to carry out that task.
The document must be available for the labor authority.
" Vallcal, S. L., before carrying out the corresponding proposals, a technician checks the
machines in situ in order to determine which slips, protections and reforms in the
electrical installation need each of them (the proposals are for each machine).
Once they are accepted, the suppliers are asked to provide the safeguards and protection
devices of machines whose proposals have been agreed. Subsequently, their installation
is agreed with the customer thereof. The machines coming from our workshops adjust
to the R.D and have its corresponding certification.
