I, the undersigned, hereby certify that:
- de animaliska produkterna som beskrivs i detta intyg
överensstämmer med europeiska kommissionens djur- och
folkhälsostandarder och krav som har bedömts som ekvivalenta
med Nya Zeelands standarder och krav, särskilt när det gäller
rådets direktiv 64/432/EEG, 2002/99/EG, förordningar (EG) nr
852/2004, 853/2004 och 854/2004.
- the animal products herein described, comply with the relevant
European Community animal health/public health standards and
requirements which have been recognised as equivalent to New
Zealands standards and requirements, specifically, in accordance
with Council Directive 64/432/EEC, Council Directive
2002/99/EC, Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, (EC) No 853/2004
and (EC) No 854/2004.

I, the undersigned, hereby certifies that:

restriktioner.
The animal products is eligible for intra-community trade without
restriction.
Den termiserade osten har ett fuktinnehåll på mindre än 39 % och
ett pH-värde mindre än 5.6. Mjölken som används för att tillverka
osten har snabbt upphettats till minst 64,5°C under 16 sekunder.
Osten har lagrats i en temperatur inte lägre än (högre än) 7°C
under 90 dagar.(3)
The thermised cheese has a moisture content of less than 39 % and
pH less than 5.6. The milk used to produces this cheese was rapidly
heated to at least 64,5°C for 16 seconds. The cheese was stored at
not less than (greater than) 7°C for 90 days.(3)
Hårdosten som tillverkats av obehandlad m jölk har genomgått en
värmebehandling som inte understiger 48°C, har ett fuktinnehåll
på mindre än 36 % och har lagrats vid en temperatur inte lägre än
10°C under minst 6 månader (inklusive transittid).(3)
VI. Certifikatet är giltigt under 4 månader från och med
datum för utfärdande (om det inte återkallas).
The hard raw milk cheese has undergone a curd heat treatment of
no less than 48°C and has a moisture content of less than 36 %, and
has been stored at no less than 10°C for at least 6 months (including
transit time).(3)
VI. This certificate is valid for 4 months from the date of issue
(unless revoked).
