General
Modern and highly specialized workshop with long experience from all kind of mechanical hydro
products.
Assembly workshop
General assembly work, grinding of runners, casting of Babbitt metal (seal and bearings), site
installation, pressure testing, and mechanical completion testing.
Fabrication workshop.
Cutting of plates with a maximum thickness of 300 millimetres.
Pressing plates with maximum size of 3000 x 90 mm thick with maximum work force of 3000 ton.
Heat treatment furnace with a width of 7,5 m and a height of 3,7 m.
Welding according to SAW, SMAW, FCAW, GTAW and GMAW.
Machining workshop
Vertical Lathe Machine Centre with a turning diameter of 4.5 m. Horizontal Boring and Milling Machine with a horizontal travel of 12 m and a vertical travel of 4.4 m. CNC Support Lathe Machine with
a Turning diameter of 1,6 m and a working length of 13 m. In addition the machining workshop has
numbers of other machines of different size.
Surface treatment workshop
Painting cabinets and sandblasting cabinet.
QA/QC
NDT using Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Penetrant and X-ray.
The workshop is working according to standards like EN, ASME, ASTM, NORSOK and API.
Crane capacity in all major workshops 150 ton.

Vedlikehold og oppgraderinger
Generelt
Moderne spesialverksted med lang erfaring fra alle typer mekaniske vannkraftkomponenter.
Montasje:
Generell montasje, sliping/forming av løpehjul, støping av hvitmetall (lager og tettninger),
anleggsmontasje, trykkprøving og funksjonstesting.
Sveise og platearbeider:
Brenning av plater inntil 300 millimeter tykkelse. Valsing/pressing av plater med maksimal
bredde på 3 m og tykkelse på 90 millimeter med maksimalt 3000 tonn kraft.
Glødeovn med bredde på 7,5 m og en høyde på 3,7 m.
Typiske sveisemetoder er SAW, SMAW, FCAW, GTAW og GMAW.
Maskinering:
Dreiing i mølle maksimalt 4.5 m, fresing maksimalt 12m x 4,4 m, akseldreiebenk med
maksimal diameter på 1,6m og lengde på 13 m. En rekke andre maskiner i alle størrelser.
Overflatebehandling
Sandblåsing og maling i egne kabinetter.
QA/QC
Ikke destruktiv testing med Ultralyd, Magnetpulver, Penetrant og Røntgen.
Verkstedet arbeider etter standarder som EN, ASME, ASTM, NORSOK og API.
Krankapasite i hoved verkstedhaller 150 ton.
