In closing,
We are so thankful that we have finally recorded this duet CD! Most of the songs are new to
us, but some we have been singing together for years-33 years, in fact. (We actually sang “If
I Needed You” to each other in our wedding in 1981.) We tried to choose songs that express
our hearts for each other and hopefully they will bless other folks, too. From picking the songs
all the way through the recording process, we’ve had a blast! (“No Doubt About It!!”) In our
opinion, this is the right time to do this record together. And we think “HEARTS LIKE OURS”
is the perfect title!
To our Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of music. It was music that drew us together,
but it is You, LORD that keeps us together!
