Departures from North America are on any Monday. Your first night of hotel accommodation is on any Tuesday. There will be three days of touring and one free day. The
free day is not set in advance because of weather and attractions being closed. Or if
you would like, you can add on one of the other cities. Gabrielle Chmelik heads our
group of four local guides. They will provide you with three days of touring that will show
you all the major sights and still leave you ample time for a day of shopping on your
own. The guides will take you around Rome as if you were a visiting friend. You will pay
your own bus and metro fees as well as the inexpensive entrance fees for the sights
you visit (about $40).

Eligibility - Aero-Marine Interline Tours and Cruises Inc. offers discounted travel packages to airline staff, their families, parents and airline retirees. Companon travel with the employee is permitted with nearly every tour vendor. Eligibility can vary depending on the individual supplier
please ask your agent for details. Companions are welcomed by most cruise lines if they share
the cabin with the employee, most land tour operaters allow additional rooms for companions as
long as the interliner is traveling.
Verification - We need an original letter of verification from your airline (no photocopies). This letter must include your name, base, position, date of hire, and employee number and be signed by
your supervisor. Parents traveling without the employee need to submit a similar original letter
outlining the above and naming them as eligible parents. We also need one photocopy of your
airline ID.
When to Book- As far in advance as possible or no less than 7 days prior to departure
Reservations- To make any reservation (cruise or tour) a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX
number is required to hold the space. If your reservation is confirmed, but before payment is
made, the cancellation fee is $60 to you credit card on file. This is to cover our time and costs.
Who May Book- Bookings can be made only by a recognized interliner, i.e. employee, spouse,
parent or retiree. The person making the booking will be responsible to communicate all information given by Aero-Marine with his or her guests.
Payments - Aero-Marine requires a $300 deposit within one week of confirmation. Final payments
are due in our office no later than 60 days prior to the tour departure date.Some programs require
a higher deposit amount. Cruise Lines have their own payment requirements. Your agent will
advise y ou when your payments are due. For all of Aero-Marine's vacations we prefer credit
card payments be made online via our website link. We accept Visa , Mastercard, Discover,
AMEX. We also accept personal checks except for late bookings (less than 21 days prior to
departure).
Complaints- In the event of complaints concerning travel arrangements made through Aero-Marine, clients are
requested to contact our office immediately. Aero-Marine will do it's best to solve the problem as soon as
possible. If the problem can not be solved in a reasonable time frame, a letter of complaint detailing the circumstances along with any supporting information must be sent to Aero-Marine within 30 days of the date
of departure. Any problems or complaints brought to our attention beyond 30 days from date of departure
will not be dealt with.
Visas- Because we have entered the vast international interline market, you must keep yourself aware of Visa
Requirements. If you are not holding US passport you should tell your agent. We will help all we can but the
ultimate responsibility for a visa is yours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
4 Days, 3 nights
We strongly urge cancellation insurance, which can be purchased from
Travel Guard Chartis (phone 1-800-454-7107).
Once your reservation is held, but before payment has been made, there is a $60 cancellation fee to your credit card on file. After a tour has been booked and a payment
has been made the cancellation fee is a minimum of $60 per person PLUS all communication, currency exchange etc. in addition to fees levied by the supplier (hotel, airline, cruise line. train company etc.). Cancellation fees for multi-city tours may be
higher. If you must cancel you should notify Aero-Marine as soon as you know you
will not take the program. Aero-Marine will the contact the vendor on your behalf. In
the event of last minute cancellations, we strongly suggest you contact the
property/tour operator directly as well. Denied boarding is never a valid reason to miss
an interline tour or cruise. Carry back up passes on other airlines, search alternate routings, go early.
A GUIDELINE FOR CANCELLATION FEES
Beyond 60 days - Minimum $60 per person plus any supplier fees
59-30 days prior - $300 per person plus any supplier fees
29-15 days prior - 50% of the total tour cost
