FOREWORD
This document and publication presents the official and permanent reformation of the European
Union (EU). The reformation of the European Union (EU) presented therein becomes immediately
legally binding on ALL member countries of the European Union (EU) and thus officially become
permanently operational with immediate effect.

INTRODUCTION: OFFICIAL REFORMATION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
An official letter was sent to the European Union (Comprising the Council of European Union,
European Commission and the European Parliament) precisely on 11th of January, 2017 via its
online contact form available on its website. This letter was officially and professionally
acknowledged by the organization staff and its progress was also subsequently reported up till after
the successful review of the note at the European Parliament before the letter/information was
either lost in transit or ignored at the presidency of the European Union (European Commission or
the Council of the European Union).
This letter is therefore fully presented in this document in whole as it was sent to the Union raw
and unedited, and this publication officially put ALL the suggestions in the letter into legal
operational effect binding ALL member countries of the European Union (EU) as well as its
affiliates or partners within or outside the continent of Europe.
In addition to the letter presented, this document also contains critical mandates and instructions
(Call-to-Action) necessary and imperative for the complete reformation of the European Union
(EU).
These preliminary European Union (EU) reformation instructions and mandates become effective
and operational with immediate effect without any deliberation or review by all or any
arm/institutional bodies of the European Union (EU).

Dear Sir/Ma,
From scientific evaluations, the shift in focus from socio-economic and industrial
cooperation to political unity in 1993 thus establishing the European Union (EU) is
the origin of up to 60% of Europe's socio-economic and political challenges. And
abolishing the 1957 Treaty of Rome (the pillar for Europe's socio-economic
development and cooperation) with the Lisbon Treaty of 2009 increase these
challenges to up to 90% (and it tends to get worse).
Europe is in socio-economic and political tangle and confusion because of these
technical organisational changes and policies implementations.
Therefore, without completely dissolving the EU (to maintain its organisational
integrity) but to successfully and sustainably eliminate up to 90% of Europe's socioeconomic and political challenges, there is need for European leaders to:
1. Reverse the Lisbon Treaty of 1 December 2009 that abolishes the three pillars of
Europe's cooperation and development - when the pillar of a house is destroyed, the
house crumbles.
2. Abolish the Maastricht Treaty of 1 November 1993 that establish the EU. Europe
needs only socio-economic and security cooperation, an organization for unified
political administration would cause national political confusion for members (as
presently exist in Europe), and
3. Re-adopt/re-enforce either an upgraded or original version of the 1957 March 25th
Treaty of Rome that started the European Economic Community (EEC).
The present operational structure and policies of EU has subjected Europe to external
diplomatic interference/manipulations and is confusing government of member
countries even if they have been so diplomatic by not voicing an objection.

The following mandates and reforms to the European Union become legally operational and active
with immediate effect:
1. The European Union (EU) must be administered as a single regional organization or
association of European countries bearing and under the unitary consolidated legal
corporate/organizational name – The European Union.
2. European Union (EU) operational objective is now limited to ONLY socio-economic,
cultural and security cooperation/integration of member countries. All member countries
retains wholly and completely their political sovereignty.
3. All treaties, acts and agreements that calls for or regards the European Union (EU) as a
centralized unified political authority of/for member countries are hereby officially
permanently abolished.
4. Council of European Union (EU) and the European Commission are now permanently
abolished since both institutions are technically not different from one another with
tendencies towards activities that call for or promote political unification of Europe.
5. The new institutions of the European Union (EU) now includes ONLY the European Union
Secretariat and Headquarters, Brussels, Belgium, the European Parliament (which retains its
current operational/institutional structure) and other constructive non-political-minded
institutions that facilitate socio-economic, cultural and security integration of European
countries.
6. The European Union (EU) is now strictly and exclusively administered through ONLY
delegates of member countries to the European Union (EU) and appointed members of the
European Parliament. ALL heads of governments of EU member countries are no longer
recognized as having any executive authority to influence decisions in whatsoever manner
within the organization or that concerns the administration of the European Union (EU) and
all its new or upgraded institutions. Heads of government input to the European Union (EU)
is strictly through their country’s delegates to the European Union (EU).
7. ALL establishments regarded as “consulate” or “embassy” of the European Union (EU)
outside Europe are hereby instructed to immediately shut-down their consulate activities
and mandatorily relegate to mere international offices of the European Union (EU) set
ONLY for promoting European values and cultures in those countries. Every objective(s) of
these offices that overlap or is similar with consulate and embassy of EU member countries
abroad are hereby officially permanently abolished.
8. An organizational unit under the auspices of the European Union (EU) is hereby officially
established to oversee the promotion and development of core European culture and
traditions with an emphatic exclusion of anything religion.
9. The reformed European Union now have a new institution named European Development
Corps (EuroCorps) which is predominantly composed of European volunteers (majorly
youths and middle-aged Europeans) who are not fully engaged in regular socio-economic
activities (job or business). The primary objective of EuroCorps is to permanently

eradicate the concept or ideology of unemployment across Europe by engaging volunteers
in various productive, cooperative and civil societal development activities in EU member
countries – volunteers are paid a fixed monthly stipends set by the European Union (EU)
and funded by EU member countries.
10. European Union (EU) membership is not equivalent to membership of the North Atlantic
Treaty Organization (NATO) – ALL non-NATO members EU countries are not in any way
valid or authorised military operational jurisdiction of NATO. Therefore, ALL external
military activities within the European Union (EU) are now immediately terminated and
permanently suspended. ALL external (NATO or otherwise) military personnel presently in
EU member countries MUST permanently return to their home countries with immediate
effect.
11. ALL genetically altered foods or agricultural produce are hereby permanently banned and
prohibited from EU member countries and those in circulation must be completely
destroyed in their entirety. Merchants and importers of these products are now officially
blacklisted within the European Union to be arrested, trialled and appropriately punished
within respective countries of merchandise or operations.
12. New officially recognized full member countries of the European Union (EU) are
Liechtenstein, Monaco, Belarus, Iceland, Serbia, Faroe Islands, Albania, Macedonia,
Montenegro and Andorra.
13. New officially recognized countries that are non-member beneficiary of the European
Union (EU) include Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This
means while these countries are not executive or full members of the European Union (EU),
they are considered for some of the privileges accrue to all member countries of the Union.
EPILOGUE
The above summarized reformation of the European Union (EU) become permanently operational
and legally binding with immediate effect. Other necessary official and/or critical information and
instruction of/for the reformed European Union (EU) would be convened to the right institution(s)
of the European Union (EU) in due time.
