Dear Sirs
In the last two months (I write
these words on Sunday, June 7,
2020) I sent the attached message
to various places - in an attempt to
find a way to translate the
YouTube channel I opened from
Hebrew into as many languages as
possible.
However, after a number of
inquiries and inquiries, it became
clear to me that a dubbing service
order would not be possible
anyway because of the high
financial costs involved - and the
only option that actually exists is
to translate the videos using
subtitles that appear on the
screen.
However, as a person with a
disability pension from the
National Insurance Institute, I
cannot bear even the financial cost
of translating through subtitles due to my very low income.
So I asked you this is: Do you
know, or know of, one or another
student project of students
studying the field in which I might
be able to integrate?
