your Brewcation Destination
Can you tell we’ve been busy? With 20 breweries
spread across neighborhoods and towns all over the
region, craft beer is a leading catalyst of our local
renaissance. Once industrialized neighborhoods and
sleepy communities are becoming hotspots for breweries
and beer gardens. Our former pillars of industry are
being filled with cold brews and warm spirits. And oft
overlooked locales are becoming headquarters of hops.
We’re even coining terms for this suds-centric revitalization with phrases like “Beer Oriented Development”
and “The Brew Economy”. Because what burgeoning
community should be without a tasty craft beer to
knock back after a hard day’s work?

BUFFALO RIVERWORKS
Set to open fall of 2016, “Buffalo’s most ambitious brewery
project,” RiverWorks is retrofitting a full brewery into the old grain
silos located on the south side of the property. The old ruins will
be repurposed into a functional brewery with a full service bar and
beer garden. An underground pipe will pump eight different beers
brewed in the grain elevator into the adjacent bar and N
restaurant.
