A Message from the 2015 Spring Benefit Co-Chairs:
We could not be more excited for the Spring Benefit to be upon us. Our team of 18
parent volunteers has been meeting regularly since the fall to bring about an evening
of fun, fundraising and celebrating Dwight.
As new parents in 2013 who both moved to New York from other countries, we
joined the Committee to make friends and experience a sense of community. One
year later, we found ourselves so grateful for how happy our respective children
were, and for their extraordinary teachers, that we wanted to step up even more
to support this wonderful School.
The Spring Benefit not only raises funds for faculty professional development,
student financial aid and innovation grants, it is the single largest fundraising
event of the year. Your participation as attendees, volunteers, donors and promoters
of this worthy cause benefits all our children. Thank you from the bottom of our
hearts for your support!

minimum opening bid has been specified for all goods and services
included in the auction.
All sales are final. There will be no refunds, substitutions, or exchanges.
Merchandise is sold “as is,” and without any express or implied
warranty or representation of any kind, including correctness of
description, authenticity, condition, or quality.
All items have been donated to The Dwight School Foundation and
are being sold by it and not the donor.
All items and services must be used within the time limits expressly
stated in the auction catalog and are subject to terms and conditions
stipulated by the donors. The maximum time limit on any service is
one year from the date of the purchase unless otherwise stated and
may be subject to availability.
Winning bidders are urged to read gift certificates carefully, note any
restrictions or conditions of use, and arrange to redeem the gift certificates as soon as possible.
Goods and services have been generously donated by the designated
firms and individuals to The Dwight School Foundation. Any tax
deductions for their donation belong to the donors. Successful bidders
are purchasers of items of value and, as such, their bids are not taxdeductible except for that portion of the bid that is above the fair market
value of the item.
No New York State or local tax is required on the purchase of lots
offered for sale by The Dwight School Foundation.
The Dwight School Foundation’s Director of Development will resolve
any disputes regarding the auction.
