numbered cause, the plaintiff recovered a judgment on its Petition against
the defendants, Bobby W. Lynch and
Brook N. Lynch, Husband and Wife,
in the sum of $68,638.38, as of September 12, 2012, plus pre-judgment
and post-judgment interest accrued and
accruing at the contractual rate, until
satisfied, and the further sum of $3000,
as attorney fees, and for the costs of
this action, and such other and further
accruing costs, and further recovered
a judgment decreeing plaintiff's mortgage set up and sued upon therein to
be a valid, subsisting, first and prior
lien, and ordering that said mortgage
be foreclosed and ordering that a special execution issue from the office of
the Court Clerk, directed to the Sheriff
of Murray County, commanding the
Sheriff to levy upon, advertise and sell
said real estate and personal property
with appraisement, as provided by law,

of Landmark Bank, n.a., on its Petition remains wholly unpaid, and plaintiff has filed its written praecipe in this
