All services are stored in MARIProject with their costs, sales
price and costing method. After the positions for the sales
quotation have been gathered, you can check with just one
mouse click whether the sales quotation is profitable.
MARIProject enables to plan resources in a Gantt chart and to
plan time and costs in the same step. The software provides
also a capacity display which allows you to transfer resource
pool planning by drag & drop to the employee who is available
at the planned time.
MARIProject creates all documents (sales quotations,
invoices, delivery notes etc.) in the corporate design of your
company. The corresponding values are posted automatically
in the financial accounting of SAP Business One.
To process support tickets MARIProject includes a support
desk that is delivered with the standard. Grant your
customers online access to this support desk to allow them to
capture support tickets themselves. The support desk enables
both customers and employees to view the support tickets
and to track their processing.

MARIProject helps employees to capture their project hours
and travel expenses, also via mobile devices, so that all services and travel expenses are available in the system for billing.

You have instant access to up-to-the-minute data of business
partners and projects via Internet, smartphone and tablet
(iOS, Android). Manage different tasks, such as the entry of

what services are billed to the customer while you approve the
data.
Project controlling
Project data (costs, revenues, planned and performed services, items etc.) is managed in one single system. With the
numerous reports, such as degree of completion, target/actual
comparison of hours, project breakeven etc., you keep track of
the current status of your project and have always up-todate information at your disposal.

Project billing
MARIProject supports all common types of billing methods:
billing at a fixed price or at cost, down payment etc. You can

budget. Documents (sales quotations, invoices, delivery notes
etc.) are generated automatically based on the master data.
