INFLATION
1. Remove the plug from the product.
2. Insert the valve/pump and proceed with inflation by a pump. The adapter is
not necessary while using a foot-pump (MAX ATM. 0.1-PSI 1.5).
3. Remove the valve/pump and in the meanwhile close the hole using a finger.
4. Take the finger off and insert the plug quickly.

Remember to inflate your ball on a surface free of any sharp objects
Inflation should be made at room temperature (20°C - 70°F). Air pressure should be fed slowly
and checked frequently. Never inflate in hot or cold temperatures. Do not use an air compressor.
Do not inflate over the suggested size. All balls of our Gymnic line need to be inflated little by little
but energetically to reach the indicated diameter.
