TCX® Torsion
Control System
The TCX® system, derived from
the famous TCS EVO®, represents
a genuine revolution in the world
of off-road sport. Utilizing 3 rigid
elements inserted one into the
other by means of lugs sliding
in special pockets, the system
is based on 4 lateral flexure
points (positioned around the
ankle bones) allowing controlled
bending movement of the ankle
joint, and one internal flexure
point (positioned at the low
part of the heel plate). The
special TCX® design allows
normal bending movement of
the foot without the annoying
deformation of materials used
typically for traditional boots.
TCX® Sole
It guarantees maximum
strength in the areas most
subject to wear, in contact
with the peg and brake
lever. Optimum grip is
afforded by the innovative
design and the combination
of two different compounds.
Inner Bootie
The new interchangeable
inner bootie is fashioned
“on a last” from breathable
material, ensuring the foot
of the motocross rider is
shod in complete comfort.
Gel inserts at the level of
the malleolus bones afford
effective protection to the
ankle. A preformed counter
cradles and supports the
heel, enhancing stability and
comfort.
Aluminium Buckles
(AL6000)
New buckles, available in
four different lengths, with
quick release and adjustable
closure system positioned
so as to enable faultless
alignment between lever
and tooth profile.

Quick Velcro® System
TCX ®
The system is based on the use of heavy-duty Velcro on both the
sole (loops) and the boot (hooks). In this way worn soles can be
replaced quickly and easily, without affecting the characteristics of
the boot. The “Quick Velcro® System” is also designed to guarantee
the rider maximum sensitivity on the pegs and on the shift lever
when in action; thanks to this special type of construction, the boot
is even more “supple” in the metatarsal area. The sole is molded
from a special compound, highly resistant to wear and far superior
to the compounds normally used in motocross boots.
