This new suspension system for the redesigned Colorado has passed the FMVSS126 test for
stability control compliance. To probably lift the new Colorado/Canyon suspension 5.5”, we
started with new ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The new knuckles position the critical
steering and control arm mounting location and work in harmony with the heavy-duty
fabricated crossmembers. Along with new crossmembers, the provided differential drop
brackets lower and reposition the front differential for correct CV shaft angles and still allow
for use of the factory front driveshaft.

lift and Zone 2” front and rear lift kit. The benefit? A package priced kit that is nearly the
height of a 4” suspension system and below the cost of a 3” body lift. Not only does it avoid
the frame to body gap caused by taller body lifts, but it has the capability to clear 32’s or
even 33” tires with trimming that is outlined in the instructions. For more specific details

2014-2016 1500 PICKUP 4WD
The Zone 4.5” and 6.5” systems include a pair of fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers
and stout ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with the redesigned
steering. A 3-piece differential relocation system is utilized to correct front pinion
angle with the center differential brace tying front and rear crossmembers together
for a sturdy differential mount. This coupled with the differential skid plate and
crossmember brace create an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct
suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance. To retain factory ride quality
a pair of bolt-on strut spacers are used to provide lift. These install easily without the
need to disassemble the factory strut. Also included in the kit are a pair of CV spacers,
brake line brackets, sway bar relocation, and all the necessary hardware to complete
the install.

Zone Offroad now offers a strut spacer alternative to our popular 07-13 6.5” replacement
strut system. This new kit includes many of the same features as the current replacement
strut kit but is geared more toward those that don’t need the added performance of the
replacement strut. The new strut spacer system still utilized the tried-and-true combination
of ductile cast iron, precision machine steering knuckles along with 1-piece heavy duty
crossmembers to help make the lift possible.
A differential skid plate is included along with all the necessary differential and sway bar
relocation brackets. The heavy duty, fully welded strut spacers bolt directly to the top of the
factory strut and do not require disassembly of the strut.

The Zone Offroad Suspension system yields the best performance for the price! The ¼” thick
one piece crossmembers maintain a factory appearance and improve ground clearance
over stock. In addition to an impressive differential skid plate that locks the crossmembers

In the back, Zone Offroad only uses solid cast rear lift blocks as opposed to fabricated blocks

This new system uses the popular Zone Adventure Series boxed steel upper control arm
design along with traditional torsion key technology in order to gain 3” of lift. By using the
new fabricated arms, equipped with factory style ball joints and rubber bushings, the system is able to maintain a better quality ride and suspension travel over standard “leveling
kits”. In addition, a front differential drop is included to keep CV angles within the factory
operating range. Rear 2” blocks bring the rear up to give a very slight tail high stance allowing the truck to be used as it was intended without having a saggy ride. Front and rear Nitro

This 6" system will give your ride the look as well as the on and offroad performance you
are looking for from an aftermarket suspension system. Custom valved replacement struts
are included to properly handle the increased weight of the larger tires & wheels. The
differential skidplate, additional strut bar, and 1/4" thick steel crossmembers create a subframe that is bulletproof. The CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles ensure proper
steering geometry as well as reduce installation time compared to a drop bracket system.
The rear is completed with new coil springs, track bar bracket, and adjustable upper arms

Tired of the front of your truck being lower than the rear? This 2" strut spacer lift is the
answer. This spacer kit is easy to install and no strut compressor or disassembly of the strut
is required. These are made from Polyphthalamide which is a thermoplastic synthetic resin
commonly used to replace metals in automotive applications. These have been specifically
engineered and molded to take some of the sheer load off the strut mounting bolts for a
durable assembly. These strut spacers will level your truck while still maintaining the factory ride quality.

88-98 K1500 6” Suspension System incorporates a completely new and improved design
compared to the other bracket style kits on the market. Zone Offroad took a different
approach with this kit by utilizing 1-piece upper control arm drop brackets to correct the
ball joint geometry and maintain the use of your factory steering knuckles. A few of the
advantages to this setup are no track width change and factory wheels can be re-used with
35x12.50 tires. Like our other systems, the kit comes with stout main crossmembers and
differential drop brackets to re-align the CV shafts and driveshaft while maintaining a clean
