Save While Traveling Abroad
• When shopping abroad, certain merchants may give you the option to pay in Saudi Riyals rather than the local
currency of the country you are in. (e.g. if you are in New York, certain merchants may offer you to choose your

Purchase Protection
Any stolen item will need to be reported to the police as well. The loss or damage must occur within 365 days of the date
of purchase and no registration of the purchase is necessary. If you need to find out the value of an item for a claim, please
contact us.
• Cover up to USD 6,000 per incident and USD 20,000 per year maximum
• An excess of USD 50 is applicable to each and every claim

You don’t even need to register the purchase with us, no matter whether it’s for your own use or bought as a gift. Then, if
the retailer or manufacturer won’t repair or replace your purchase, just give us a call.

Card Security
EMV Chip and PIN
Chip and PIN is the new, more secure way to pay with AlAhli Credit Cards. Whenever you do a transaction, you will be
asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) known only to you.
EMV is the Chip itself. It is a technical standard for smart payment cards, payment terminals and automated teller machines
which can accept them. EMV cards are smart cards which comply with the EMV standard and they are often called Chipand-PIN.
Benefits of Chip and PIN:

• Increased security against unauthorized use your card
• Increased security against counterfeiting and skimming
PIN Display
Your AlAhli Credit Card have the smart chip and PIN feature, which gives your card more protection against forgery and
fraud. To use your card, you need to have your PIN for cash withdrawal only.
How to get your PIN?
There are 3 ways for you to get your PIN:
1) AlAhli Phone
If you are already registered for this service:
• Call AlAhli phone at 800 244 2424
• Enter your personal number
• Enter your password
• For Credit Card, Personal Finance and Auto Lease, press 2
• For Credit Card, press 1
• For all other options, press 6
• To listen to your Credit Cards secret PIN number, press 2
If you are not registered for this service, press 0 to ask for assistance:
• System will ask you for register in phone banking service
• Your will enter credit card information and ID
• You will get the personal number and password for phone banking service
2) AlAhli Online
• Visit AlAhlionline.com and enter your username and password your login and authentication
• Choose the “Credit Cards” menu, then select “view PIN of selected card” from the cards section: “Additional Information”
• Choose your preferred verification method to display your PIN
• Your PIN will be displayed 3 times ( To view the PIN again, please repeat from step 2 )
3) AlAhli Mobile
• Open the AlAhli Mobile App and enter your username and password your login and authentication
• Choose the “Credit Cards” menu, then select the “view PIN of selected card” from the Cards Section: “Additional
information”
• Select the “Card Number” for which you wish to display the PIN
• Choose your preferred verification method to display your PIN
• Your PIN will be displayed 3 times ( To view the PIN again, please repeat from step 2 )
PIN Change
To change your pin through the ATM, please follow the below steps:
Insert your credit card and existing PIN number
• Choose “change PIN”
• Enter your new PIN then, click “OK”
• Enter your new PIN again, then click “OK” to confirm

For password via SMS messages follow these steps:

5. Option will be displayed for you to choose the registered password or request a password via SMS for once
