Large, clear controls are computer logic driven.
They are in a centralized location and organized
for easy component identification, requiring less
training. To make a change from 3.5” hinges to 4”
hinges simply requires a rotation of the switch.
Full lock prep, including face bore, latch bore, and
faceplate routing is done automatically and simultaneously during hinging process. The machine adjusts
for door thickness so the latch bore is centered in
the edge of the door.

Hinge mortising is automatic and driven from
the control panel. The operator can preset
hinge size, and number of hinges per door.
Hinge mortising in the door and the jamb is a highly
automated process that will be completed in 15
seconds. Multiple routers mortise for either 2 or 3
interior or exterior hinges simultaneously. The
mortise has a 5/8” corner radius.
