CARATTERISTICHE:
Sono prodotti in ottone, nichelati successivamente per conferire una migliore
resistenza alle avverse condizioni ambientali in cui verranno utilizzati.
Il collegamento raccordo-tubo rigido avviene mediante un dispositivo brevettato
composto da un sistema di sfere in acciaio che, in funzione della forma troncoconica interna dei raccordi, tende a bloccare il tubo una volta inserito, assicurando una elevata resistenza alla trazione e garantendo una continuità elettrica
nel rispetto delle norme CEI(Vedi D.A.T. IMQ n° EM568 ed EM569).
La continuità elettrica è garantita nel tempo in quanto le sfere non scalfiscono la
zincatura del tubo e quindi non creano zone di possibile ossidazione che ne pregiudicherebbero la validità. La tenuta stagna del sistema è assicurata da una
guarnizione inserita nei raccordi. La semplicità di installazione di questi raccordi
che consente di ridurre notevolmente i tempi di montaggio, ha riscosso un notevole interesse, tanto da arrivare ormai a soppiantare le altre soluzioni di raccordo fra tubi. Per assecondare le esigenze di installazione, vengono prodotti raccordi di tipo: tubo-tubo, tubo rigido-tubo flessibile, tubo-scatola, tubo-filetto femmina. Le filettature proposte sono: Metrica ISO in conformità con le norme CEI
EN 60423 e GAS cilindrico UNI ISO 228.
La particolare cura nell’esecuzione di questi raccordi assicura un perfetto infilaggio dei cavi senza rischio di danneggiamento del rivestimento.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Made of brass which is then nickel plated in order to improve resistance to the
harsh environmental conditions in which they are to be used. The connector is
coupled to the conduit by means of a patented device consisting of a system of
steel balls that, on the basis of the truncated conical shape of the inside of the
connector, will lock the conduit once it has been inserted. This ensures increased levels of resistance to traction and guarantees electrical continuity in compliance with CEI standards (see IMQ DAT no. EM568 and EM569). Electrical
continuity is guaranteed in time because the ball bearings do not scratch the
galvanization on the conduit, which prevents possible areas of oxidation from
forming which would prejudice its viability. A seal, inserted into the connectors,
ensures the system remains watertight. The simplicity of installation of these
connectors, that greatly reduces installation times, has provoked a great deal of
interest, so much so in fact that it has now begun to replace other traditional
methods of connecting conduits. To cope with different installation requirements, the following types of conduit connectors have been produced: conduitconduit, rigid conduit-flexible conduit, conduit-box, conduit-female thread.
Suggested threads are: ISO metric in compliance with CEI EN 60423 and UNI
ISO 228 GAS cylindrical. The particular care and attention that goes into producing these connectors ensures that cables can be fed through with extreme
ease, eliminating the risk of damaging their sheathing.

Il raggio di curvatura di 2,5 volte il diametro, permette di mantenere la sezione
del tubo uniforme. La particolare cura nella finitura degli imbocchi, assicura un
perfetto infilaggio dei cavi senza rischio di danneggiamento del rivestimento.
Normalmente vengono utilizzate quando le esigenze di installazione non consentono di curvare il tubo in opera.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Elbows produced from a rigid galvanised steel metal conduit, Part no. 6008-L.
The radius of the elbow, which is 2.5 times the diameter, allows the section of
conduit to remain uniform. The particularly careful finish applied to these mouthpieces ensures that cables can be fed through with extreme ease, eliminating
the risk of damaging their sheathing.
Normally used where installation requirements mean that it is not possible to
bend the conduit at the point of working.

Questi raccordi permettono la giunzione tra due filetti maschi uguali, pertanto
non possono essere utilizzati con i tubi metallici rigidi non filettabili.
L’accoppiamento raccordo-tubo rigido avviene per avvitamento sul tubo.
Il grado di protezione se correttamente avvitati è IP67, la continuità elettrica è
nel rispetto delle norme CEI (Vedi D.A.T. IMQ n° EM568).
La filettatura è Metrica ISO in conformità con le norme CEI EN 60423.

These connectors allow the coupling of two identical male threads and therefore
cannot be used with non-threadable metal conduits. The connector is coupled to
the rigid conduit by screwing it onto the conduit.
If screwed together correctly the level of protection is IP67, and electrical continuity is in line with CEI standards (See IMQ DATn° EM568).
The thread is ISO Metric and complies with CEI EN 60423.

CARATTERISTICHE:
Prodotti da nastro di acciaio e successivamente zincati elettrolitici.
Sono composti da un supporto sagomato la cui base presenta un’asola atta a
favorirne l’allineamento, e da una mezzaluna che, tramite il serraggio di due viti,
blocca il tubo da sorreggere.
Le misure maggiori di Ø63mm sono fornite con tassello di fissaggio.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Made from steel ribbon, which is then galvanised.
Consisting of a shaped support, the base of which has a slot, which helps with
its alignment, and a crescent that by means of the tightening of two screws,
secures the conduit to be supported.
Sizes greater than Ø 63 mm are supplied with a screw anchor.

CARATTERISTICHE:
Le barre cod.6190 sono prodotte da nastro di acciaio profilato e successivamente zincate a caldo.La lunghezza di una barra è 2m. I blocchetti cod.6091
sono stampati e zincati elettrolitici. Entrambi gli accessori vengono utilizzati per
allineare batterie di collari di fissaggio cod.6040, facilitando il posizionamento
dei tubi rigidi metallici.
CHARACTERISTICS:
The bars, part no. 6190, are made of shaped steel and then heat galvanised.
The length of a bar is 2m The blocks, part no. 6091, are moulded and electro
galvanised. Both these accessories are used for aligning banks of positioning
collars, part. no. 6040, and helps with the positioning of rigid metal conduits.
